Home description
An enchanting self-catering holiday home occupying three floors of a Georgian townhouse on the exclusive lane called Margaret’s Buildings, situated between two of Baths most famous architectural wonders, the Circus and the Royal Crescent.
The first floor has a gracious open plan living room with bay windows that overlook the small shops and flower boxes of the pedestrian lane below. The stylish kitchen has every modern convenience and has a chic breakfast bar that divides it from the lovely sitting room. There are two more floors above with three handsomely furnished bedrooms with king sized or twin beds and two bathrooms.
You will be staying in a very special part of Bath, literally around the corner from the Royal Crescent, where visitors have come for over two hundred years. The delightful Royal Victoria Park is at your doorstep and the jewel like creation called the Circus is just a few steps away.
Everything you could possibly require will be in the flat, from wide screen television and DVD, to microwave and dishwasher! There is plenty of natural light and romantic views from all the windows. Fine restaurants and shops are nearby and the Thermae Bath Spa as well as the fabulous Roman Baths is just a stroll away.
Rates vary for the time of year and length of stay, but always include all utilities and taxes.
There is a two night minimum stay, with a three night minimum on Holiday Weekends. This is luxury townhouse, but children of all ages are welcome as long as they and their parents are well-behaved.
High Season Rates: April 1st to Nov. 1st and all holiday weekends
£250 to £450 per night, depending on day and number of persons - £1200 - £2000 per week
Low Season Rates: Nov. 1st to April 1st, excluding holidays
£175 to £400 per night, depending on day and number of persons - £700 - £1200 per week

How to get there
I always say that it is best to take the train to Bath - we are just 90 minutes from London and 20 minutes from the Bristsol airport by Train.
If you must drive, I will give you precise instructions to guide you to your door when you make your reservation.

This unique apartment occupies three floors of the townhouse and the views from all the windows are amazing. The location is on a pedestrian lane called Margaret's buildings, which has the feel of a Parisian back water, with flowers, shops, superb French restaurants and cobblestones. It is right next door to the Royal Crescent and at the top of Royal Victoria Park. You could not find a more perfect setting for your visit to Bath.
