STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. 30% deposit required at the time of booking. Payment to be made by sterling cheques, sterling travellers’ cheques, or bankers draft on a London clearing bank and made payable to [ E Benson] 2. The balance to be paid in full not later than 6 weeks prior to arrival and is non refundable in the event of a subsequent cancellation 3. Cancellation Policy: if a cancellation is received in writing more than 6 weeks prior to arrival all efforts will be made to re-let the unit, if we succeed there will be a £50.00 administration fee to be deducted from the whole. If however we are unable to re-let the unit or the cancellation in writing is received less than 6 weeks prior to arrival there will be a cancellation charge of the whole of the deposit and 50% of the balance. We recommend holiday insurance to cover cancellation. 4. Arrivals 2:00 pm. Departures 10:00 am 5. No pets 6. No Smoking 7. Children welcome minimum age 11+ (unless otherwise agreed) 8. The rental includes gas and electricity, luxury bed linen, towels, Sky HD, wireless internet and telephone 9. The property will be cleaned and prepared for arrivals 10. The visitor undertakes to keep the property in the same state of repair, condition and cleanliness as at the commencement of the letting period, allowing for reasonable wear and tear. All damages not related to reasonable wear and tear is the sole responsibility of the visitor and the proprietor shall be recompensed in full. 11. The property is let for the sole purpose of a holiday not a as a permanent dwelling. The property must not be vacated later than the time specified in condition 4. 12. Only the agreed number of persons at the time of the booking are permitted to occupy the property. 13. Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that the description of the property and details of the accommodation provided are correct, the proprietor can not accept liability for any loss or damage which arises from any information provided by to the visitor. 14. The proprietor does not accept any liability whatsoever for any injury, loss, damage or expense arising from the use of the property. 15. The proprietor shall not be responsible for damage or loss arising in circumstances beyond their control.
