The layout of the apartment would best be described as 21st century loft-style living with 18th century palatial grandeur. Entry to the apartment is from the Royal Crescent through large double front doors into a well-maintained entrance area. The front door to the apartment opens into a suitable hallway lined with original cupboards. At the end of the hallway is a very comfortably sized bathroom decorated in distinctive stone tile work, contemporary finishes and comprising a bath with shower over. Turn to the left and you enter the main reception. The magnificence of this room is inspiring. During the restoration of the property, it was discovered that a number of original cartouches (13 in all) had been covered by secondary walls during the past century, leaving them well protected. These c1767 plaques have been incredibly preserved, adorning the walls in their original form once again and lending the room the aura of a small-scale palace. The reception/bedroom is of exceptional size at 25'2' x 22'6' allowing more than sufficient space for 2 large sofas, one of which is a sofa bed should it be required, a couple chairs, several tables and chest of drawers, a king size bed and dining table with chairs.

Just like characters from a novel, you will find yourselves swept off your feet by this large, unique and truly romantic Georgian apartment set in the Royal Crescent.
Originally designed in 1767 this fascinating property was grandly decorated with ornate plaster cartouches.
After a century under wraps, these were revealed in perfect condition during its restoration.
This glorious room is palatial with its beautiful decorative walls, high ceiling with ornate coving, huge sash windows overlooking a private walled garden and a vast fire-place stacked with wood.
The Parisian- style space incorporates the living and dining room and bedroom.
There is a lovely French-style king-size bed, mirrored chest of drawers and decorative chairs. There are two large comfortable sofas, (one of which is a sofa-bed) and an antique dining table to seat 6.
Concealed from the main room is a well designed kitchen with handmade painted units and a slate floor. There is a gas hob and electric oven, a small dishwasher and fridge/freezer and plenty of china and appliances. A separate utility has a washing machine and dryer.
The entrance to the apartment is lined with fitted wardrobes and mirrors. There is a contemporary stone tiled bathroom with hand basin, wc and bath with shower over.
This magnificent apartment is in the centre of the world renowned Royal Crescent and next to famous Royal Crescent Hotel with a fabulous restaurant and spa facilities. You are surrounded by historic architecture and it is a wonderful short stroll to the city centre. There are a great many bars, restaurants, museums and galleries and shops to visit and. Close by is Margaret's Buildings which is an attractive pedestrianised street with restaurants and gorgeous boutiques.

Outside is a pretty garden where you can enjoy a glass of wine or eat alfresco at a couple of tables for two, or you are welcome to use the private lawns at the front which are reserved for residents of the Royal Crescent.
