Manor Farm House is available for exclusive use for wedding parties, family celebrations and Hen weekends. We are perfectly located in this gorgeous Manor House in the centre of the pretty village of Norton St Philip. Fabulous pubs within minutes walk. If you are organising an event and want luxury in the heart of the countryside, yet within 15 minutes of Bath, the Manor is perfect!

The Manor Wing can accommodate 10 - 14 guests and comprises of a huge entertaining room on the ground floor with wood burning stove, lots of comfy sofas, large TV and dining for 10-14 guests. There is a fully equipped 'secret kitchen' on this floor and another kitchen on the top floor.

There are four guest rooms at the Manor along with a second sitting room on the top floor with a sofa bed for 2. Additional beds can be placed in the spacious bedrooms to accommodate extra guests. There is also a second dining room and sitting room with three large sofas on the top floor. Two of the bedrooms, one ensuite and one with separate bathroom are on the top floor with two further bedrooms, both en-suite on 1st floor.

Perfect for extended families, wedding parties and groups of friends. 2 night minimum stay. Discounts available for longer stays.

The picturesque town of Bradford-on-Avon grew up around 'broad ford' and the slopes of the river. The narrow roads are lined with grey buildings in mellowed Bath stone. The textile industry had been the backbone of the local economy for six centuries until its demise at the beginning of the last century.

Kennet & Avon Canal, 3 miles

The famous Kennet and Avon canal is a short 10 minute drive away in the beautiful Limpley Stoke valley nearby. It is ideal for cycling, walking, boating and fishing. It will lead either towards Bradford on Avon or Bath. Bikes can be hired here or in Bradford on Avon.

Longleat House and Estate, 10 miles

Home to the eccentric Lord Bath. The vast and green estate is also home to the world renowned Lions of Longleat in the safari park. A superb attraction for all the family.
