Manor Farm House is available for exclusive use for wedding parties, family celebrations and Hen weekends. We are located in this gorgeous Manor House in the tranquil setting of the conservation village of Norton St Philip. Fabulous pubs within minutes' walk. If you are organising an event and want a delightful setting, spaciousness and luxury in the heart of the countryside, yet within 15 minutes of Bath, the Manor is perfect!

The Manor Wing can accommodate 10 - 14 guests and comprises of a huge entertaining room on the ground floor with wood burning stove, lots of comfy sofas, large TV and dining for 10-14 guests. There is a fully equipped 'secret kitchen' on this floor and a second kitchen on the top floor.

The accommodation is flexible with five/six guest rooms at the Manor and four bathrooms. Two bedrooms with ensuite, our four poster room has a 'Jack and Jill' bathroom. There are three further bedrooms and a family bathroom. Additional beds can be placed in the spacious bedrooms to accommodate extra guests

The second sitting room/bedroom is on the top floor and has a high quality sofa bed, this leads through to a twin bedded room. Two of the bedrooms are on the first floor and four are on the second floor.

Perfect for extended families, wedding parties and groups of friends. 2 night minimum stay. Discounts available for longer stays.

It now boasts an excellent array of attractions, restaurants and cafes, superb shopping and parks for visitors. Visit the Thermae Spa, Bath where you can swim in the natural hot waters.

Bradford-on-Avon, 5 miles

The picturesque town of Bradford-on-Avon grew up around 'broad ford' and the slopes of the river. The narrow roads are lined with grey buildings in mellowed Bath stone. The textile industry had been the backbone of the local economy for six centuries until its demise at the beginning of the last century.

Kennet & Avon Canal, 3 miles

The famous Kennet and Avon canal is a short 10 minute drive away in the beautiful Limpley Stoke valley nearby. It is ideal for cycling, walking, boating and fishing. It will lead either towards Bradford on Avon or Bath. Bikes can be hired here or in Bradford on Avon.

Longleat House and Estate, 10 miles

Home to the eccentric Lord Bath. The vast and green estate is also home to the world renowned Lions of Longleat in the safari park. A superb attraction for all the family.

For those of you with an interest in history, a visit to the Roman Baths is a must, and you may also enjoy the splendours of Royal Crescent. Art lovers can enjoy The Holbourne Museum of Art, which offers a fine collection of paintings and decorative objects, as well as free access to the Victoria Art Gallery with its array of paintings dating back to Bath's Georgian heyday.

Bath has an excellent range of shops and restaurants, including both well-known high street names and a fascinating range of boutique and traditional stores. Away from the city, holidaymakers can choose from a range of other activities in the Bath area. As well as interesting town walks, the countryside offers a wide selection of footpaths in the hills, fields and woods around Bath. The canal towpath leads from the centre of Bath through the heart of the countryside, and is popular with both walkers and cyclists. There are also boat trips along the river Avon.
