St Andrews terrace is in the heart of the city centre and enjoys a favourable southerly aspect with commanding views towards the city scape and takes in the vibrant atmosphere of this beautiful georgian city.
The house is fully furnished and fitted to a high standard. The lounge has a LCD television, DVD player, CD and radio and a range of comfortable furniture, french doors open to a decked balcony overlooking the rear patio garden with wooden table and chairs. The Kitchen has a fitted combi microwave and electric oven and gas hob with a wok burner. The stainless steel sink is fitted with a disposal unit in a central island unit with 2 tall bar chairs. A door leads conveniently to a large dining area which also has a leather sofa and chair. The Study/bedroom has a desk, computer, printer and bed plus an extra foldaway bed if required. All rooms have internet access. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom benefits from an en suite bath and shower. There is a further bathroom with shower. A cloakroom and toilet is located on the living floors.

The Beautiful Georgian City of Bath is where you explore the many sites on foot, and take a well deserved rest in the many pavement cafes,wine bars,bistros and restaurants. This Roman town has a variety of activities including the Roman Baths, New Thermae Spa opened in July 06, Assembly Rooms, 15th Century Abbey, Museums, Galleries and lovely Parks. The tow path along the river can be walked or cycled and takes you to nearby Bradford on Avon and Bathampton. Bath is also a perfect location for exploring the nearby Cotswolds.

The town has a variety of excellent shops, and hosts a music film, literature and arts festval in the summer. Just opened in July 2006 is the new Thermel Spa which is certainly a must for any visitor to this spa town, Bath is home to a top class Rugby and Cricket team for those enjoy watching sport. Wells Cathedral, Wookey Hole and Cheddar Gorge Caves, and a number of large Country Houses such as Longleat are within a short drive.
