Bath View Apartments are located in a Victorian villa situated in the conservation area of Bath known as Oldfield Park.
Bath View Four is accessed by an impressive Bath stone staircase leading to a modern, stylish apartment with 1 king size bedroom, 1 twin room with 3 rd pull out bed, shower room, bathroom, lounge and kitchen dinner. The flat has been decorated and furnished to the highest standards in a modern and funky style, and has fantastic views over the centre of Bath, the Royal Crescent, Royal Victoria Park and away to the hills of Lansdown.
The lounge features comfortable sofa seating, stylish lighting, a wall mounted fire place, and stunning views over Bath, a 32” widescreen LCD TV and DVD and Bose Ipod docking station and speakers. The kitchen/diner is modern and functional with white units and solid oak work surfaces, glass table with 6 chairs and place settings. Facilities include microwave, fridge freezer, Bosch dishwasher, electric oven and hob, LCD TV and radio/CD player. The two bathrooms have under floor heating and natural stone tiling. Washing machine also installed.
Bath View Two has its own private entrance opening into the stylish lounge and kitchen area.The lounge has a 32” wall mounted, flat screen TV, a DVDplayer and MP3 docking station. There is a comfortable arm chair and a cosy, snuggle chair . A stainless steel and wood fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and bar stools is fully equipped for self catering. There is a single oven with grill, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher.
The walk in wet room is stylish with black and white tiles and under floor heating.
The bedroom has a king size bed and is decorated in a modern vintage style.
Both apartments offers free wifi broadband internet. Luxury Egyptian cotton bedding is included and white fluffy towels. There is free off street parking for two car. Parking available for a additional cars at an extra charge.

Bath View Apartments can be booked together for groups of 5-7 people. One deposit will be required. Bath View Four is fully equipped for up to 7 people and eating for 7 can be arranged around the kitchen table. There is seating in the lounge for up to 7.
Conditions
Due to high quality furnishings, glass and mirrored furniture, cream carpets and steep stair case,Bath View Four is not suitable for very young children.
Cancellation: We need 14 days written notice of any cancellation. If shorter or no notice is given we will charge your credit card in full. If however, the apartments are relet to another customer we will charge for the shortfall only. Every reasonable effort is made to re-let the apartments in the event of a short notice cancellation.
Check in/out times: The apartments are available from 5pm on the day of arrival. The apartments must be vacated by 12.00 noon on the day of departure.
The apartments are not cleaned during your stay. Should you wish for any extra services, cleaning, etc then please ask us in advance of your stay. Extra cleaning, change of linen etc is available at extra charge.
Bath View Four is unsuitable for children under 5 years unless immobile. Babysitting can be arranged on request.
The apartments offers two free parking space off road. There is on street additional parking
at an extra cost.
Bath View Apartments are strictly no smoking.

There is no tariff information to displayNB: Prices may be subject to change at the advertiser's discretion.
Please note that for the May Bank Holidays and the August Bank Holiday there is a minimum stay of three nights over the week end to be the Friday - Sunday Nights. Easter Weekend and Diamond Jubilee weekend a minimum of 4 nights.
Book Friday and Saturday and get a 3rd night for £100, not available during school holidays or bank holidays.
Prices based on 6 people sharing. Charge for 7th person depending on length of stay. £20 for 7th person per night for 2 night stays.
We require a 3 night minimum stay midweek. Please see our website for an accurate price breakdown.
Week stays from Friday to Friday or Sunday to Sunday only.
We will quote for a Sunday-Friday booking, depending on number of people and season.
