The cottage sleeps up to 8 people. It is tastefully decorated with stone and wood floors throughout.
Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms and one twin room suited to children. There is a bathroom with shower.
Downstairs there is a fully fitted kitchen/diner that adjoins a comfortable lounge area with colour television/ DVD player, stereo and woodburning stove. There is another double bedroom and a second bathroom with a rolltop bath.
Double doors lead out of the kitchen/diner onto a sunny patio equipped with table and chairs for outside dining. Steps lead up to a large lawn area.
We are a dog friendly cottage.
We can provide you with eggs, salad, seasonal vegetables and later in the summer plums and apples from our orchard.
Linen and towels service provided.
The Area
The Cam valley is ideal for those who enjoy walking, with many footpaths that lead you through green woods, meadows and along the Cam Brook.
The cottage is equipped with a large O/S map of the entire area for those wanting to plan longer hikes.
Bath is 6 miles away, it takes about 15 minutes to drive into town. Bath park and ride is 5 minutes away for convenient access to town and wonderful views from the top floor of the double decker bus that takes you right into the centre of town. It is also within easy reach of the seaside at Weston Super Mare to the West or the Jurassic coast to the South. It is also a short drive to: Thermae Bath Spa, Longleat safari park, Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole, Glastonbury, Stonehenge, Avebury, Chew Valley lakes. If you have a particular interest or activity in mind then please enquire and we will do our best to give you details.

This property has a steep curving staircase that may prove difficult for people with restricted mobility or very small children. Please contact us if you have any concerns.

Terms and conditions
a) Payment in full secures booking.
b) 20% payable on booking.
c) Balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Policy: 25% payable for 1-month notice; 50% payable for 2 weeks notice; 100% payable for 1 week notice.
d) Payment in full if booking less than 6 weeks in advance.
e) Please keep your dog under control and off of the furniture and beds.
Please report any damages or faulty equipment and leave Greystones cottage as you find it . If you break a cup, don't worry; if you break the saucer as well we will agree to call it coincidental clumsiness; if you break the dinner plate too; now you are now liable.
f) Any special requirements must be agreed prior to the booking.
