"Wonderful place to stay in bath!"
After a little confusion over booking dates, James the owner could not of done more to help us. The flat itself is in a great location in the city centre and is beautiful inside. I would definitely recommend this flat to anyone going to bath!

"Without hesitation, book it."
We almost didn't find this as the write up said it was outside the city centre but the location couldn't have been better. Easy parking, very central, a corner shop and Waitrose less than 5 mins walk away.
The property really has a 'wow' factor when you arrive. It is incredibly well equipped and achieves a fabulous balance between being luxuriously stylish whilst also very homely. It shouts personality.
We were surprised at the size - it is more spacious and airy than appears in the pictures. The living room area is a great conversion of the old coal stores that extend under the roads.
I came down to Bath for work reasons, but we turned this into a family long weekend (3 adults and 2 children). It worked really well as a space for a professional meeting and as a space for a 3 1/2 year old and a 22 month old to play. The highchair, cot and bedding (as well as many other things) were brand new. The children were initially totally captured by the fish, their "new pets", but "Robo" the remote controlled hoover soon took over as their best friend. We liked the ability to control what temperature you boiled the kettle to and got to grips quickly with the mirror-radio in the bathroom and the coffee machine.
Everything about it was simple and easy, James is very prompt in his communications and made it very welcoming (eg the delicious hamper).
The only things I can think of to balance my review were that a dog peed through the railings onto the outside steps and my husband was only wearing socks (!) and it gets a little noisy at night but no more so than any city centre accommodation or in fact some hotels. And the seat on one of the bikes was a little low for my husband. We had to carry the pushchair up and down, as this is a basement flat, but we knew that before booking.
As soon as I know my dates for my return, I will be booking again.
Thank you James for making the accommodation a memorable part of the trip.

"Fantastic, luxurious, great location. What a find!"
Stayed at 7 Argyle Street for a week with my parents and my two children. We were bowled over by the location, the decor and facilities. We all thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Bath. The apartment was central for all sightseeing and shopping. James was a fantastic host, most helpful and full of great advice too. Walking distance to Roman Baths, Abbey, art gallery and shopping centre but also surrounded by fabulous architecture and parks with Pulteney Bridge and Street right outside the door. Apartment is first class with fabulous artwork and decor, as well as being fitted with top of the range equipment. Everything we needed was at hand in a warm, homely apartment. Down a few easily accessible steps, the courtyard apartment is private, Our group consisted of family members from 9 to 79 years and we all loved it. Can't wait to stay here again on our next visit, later this year. Highly recommended indeed.
