An ideal all year round property where you can enjoy a variety of countryside walks from your doorstep as well as cycle routes, a trekking centre (3 miles) and a selection of golf courses.

The World Heritage city of Bath, steeped in history with its new bath spas, shops, pubs, restaurants, theatre and other leisure activities are 6 miles away. Ideally located for visiting attractions such as Stourhead, Longleat House and Safari Park, Bowood House, Glastonbury, Wells, Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole and Stonehenge. Norton St Philip lies between the charming Cotswolds and Mendips with countryside dotted with idyllic towns and villages. You will also be approximately 6 miles to Frome, Radstock and Trowbridge which have all the essential amenities you might require.

Lounge: with open fire (first scuttle of fuel included), 32" flatscreen TV, Freeview, DVD, hi-fi and patio doors leading to the garden. Kitchen/diner: with hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. Small front hall with games, highchair and information leaflets. Boot room with freezer and traditional pulley clothes airer. Outside: enclosed garden with seating and BBQ. Amenities: off-road parking for 3 cars. Bed linen, electric and central heating included. Towels available to hire. Two travel cots, a highchair and stairgates. Regret no smoking. 2 well-behaved dogs welcome (guests are kindly asked to let them sleep in the large boot room).
