THE GRAND ABODE is a Grand Georgian Luxury 6 bedroom townhouse spread over 5 floors and situated just off Great Pulteney Street with magnificent views of the Abbey.
Interior designers kept many Georgian features including the original cornicing and fireplaces but added modern luxuries throughout.
The Grand and Bijou Abode can sleep up to 20 guests comfortably in 6 individually decorated bedrooms that have flexible, stylish super kings/ single beds that can be set up to cater for many different types of celebrations. All bedrooms have Freeview TV for those lazy mornings!
Two bedrooms are en-suite, one with a shower room and one with a bathroom with a slipper bath and separate shower. On the lower ground floor there is another bathroom and on the top floor another shower room. There is an additional cloakroom on the half landing near the kitchen.
The stunning kitchen is perfect to prepare for dinner parties and has open access to the formal dining room that can seat 20. The two rooms can be separated but opened up it's the perfect setting for evening cocktails.

Outside, the courtyard garden is very attractive with raised beds and a york stone slab patio. There is a table and seating for alfresco dining during the warmer months.
Please note that as this is a new property we will happily except groups that are 12 or under so please email us and we will give you the best rate for the time of year.
RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation is not a happy thought, but in a property of this calibre, we will be requiring a £500 deposit with your reservation. This deposit will act as a guarantee of your arrival as well as damage deposit - to be refunded after your departure.
Your balance will remain the same, to be debited at the beginning of your arrival week. Your deposit will be refunded within the week following your departure (usually within 48 hours).
Naturally, your deposit will be debited from your Credit/Debit card and your Balance will be taken the same way.
In the unhappy event that you must cancel after you have paid your deposit, we will make every effort to rebook the property. If the property is rebooked, your deposit will be returned, less the £100 Administration Fee.
