Set on the first floor of a Georgian Townhouse overlooking Pulteney Bridge in the heart of Bath this apartment offers the perfect location from which to enjoy this wonderful city. Pulteney Bridge is an astounding bridge that crosses over the Avon with shops on either side. From here you are just 300m from the Holburne Museum and only 150m from Bath Rugby Club.
Staying at Argyle Street you will of course have perfect access to the many fine pubs and restaurants. Even the theatre is only 6 minutes away. And if you want to explore some of the beautiful surrounding countryside many buses stop just at the end of Pulteney Bridge to take you further afield.
The apartment itself has a double room (that can be a twin) and in the living room a large comfortable double sofa bed is available. This makes it ideal for a couple, a family or two singles!
Inside the apartment is completely furnished with beautiful furniture perfectly suited to the high ceilings, large shuttered windows and ornate cornice work typical of the Georgian style. Staying in Argyle Street will make you feel like you have truly experienced Bath.
The apartment is up one flight of stairs. In the flat there is an entrance hall that leads to the very large sitting & dining room on the right and the bedroom on the left. The kitchen is conveniently next to the sitting/dining room and the bathroom is en suite to the bedroom. There is also a utility cupboard with ironing board, washing rail etc.
Amongst other things this Argyle Street accommodation boasts a modern fully fitted kitchen, en suite bathroom, HD TV, iPod Dock and BluRay / DVD Player. We will provide all your bed linen and towels and some basics for the kitchen like milk, tea and coffee to get you started. "A great base for exploring Bath, visiting the Spa or serious shopping!"

"A very relaxing place to stay."
We enjoyed our stay at 6 Argyll Street very much. The apartment is tastefully furnished and convenient for all the places of interest in Bath - and close enough to nip back for a quiet relax.
We would recommend The Blue Quail deli for breakfast or a light lunch - only a few doors away from the apartment and very good food and coffee and tea.
The only things we would suggest are a click somewhere in the apartment and a radio in the bedroom - we sorely missed Radio 4 in the mornings!
Overall, we had a lovely stay and would happily return for another stay sometime.

"Attention to detail and a warm welcome to Bath"
From the day we booked the apartment to the day we left we received 5 star service from Alistair & Tom. Alistair very kindly allowed us to park our car at his house (very much welcomed after our long drive down friom Buxton) and then drove us with our luggage to the apartment.
We had booked the apartment for a long weekend to celebrate my husbands 40th and I had requested BCB's Romance Package, which included - Champagne, flowers and handmade chocolates upon arrival to the apartment, then a horse drawn carriage ride around Bath.
Upon arrival our champagne, flowers and chocolates were layed out and Alistair provided advice about local sites and tourist attractions. He also very kindly bought in some milk and coffee so we could recharge our batteries.
The apartment is tastefully furnished and has great home touches (well equipped kitchen, books, hairdryer, curling tongs, wifi etc). Nice modern bathroom and a wonderfully comfy bed. It is also well situated being only a stones throw from Bath's major attractions and shops.
I would definately stay in this apartment again as not only is it a beautiful apartment in a great location, but also because Alistair made sure all the suprises I had planned for my husband ran like clockwork and really made the effort to welcome us to Bath.
