Studio 4 has some of the best features in the whole house. Far reaching view, a double shower enclosure and of course it can sleep up to 4. With an overflow room next door, the top floor can sleep up to 6 people. As with all our studios, it is fully equipped for short of long stays. Neutural decor with quality materials mean a touch of luxury for affordable prices. Equipped with modern living in mind, the cd/ radio has an ipod dock.

Parking is all on road in a residents only zone, so we provide our guests with parking permits that are inlcuded in the price.
Our peaceful garden has seating for 6 on it's large patio and it is available for all our guests to use. A glass of wine in the evening or a cup of coffee in the morning.
There is off road parking for motorbikes.

The West county is famous for many of it's attractions, natural beauty, history and food!
You will find something for all the family here. The Safari Park at Long Leat combines nature and history where you can visit the manor house of Lord Bath.
Cheddar caves and gorge is another fabulous day out where you can see our famous cheese being made, climb up Jacob's ladder and so much more.
If the sea side is what attracts you Weston-Super-Mare in only an hour away from Bath and has sandy beaches as well as a brand new pier filled with amusements.
Of course the West country is home to one of England's best know ancient monuments, Stonehenge.
Wells cathedral and Glastonbury Tor are a must for those love history, these places are drowning in it!
Of course not forgetting the jewel of the West country, Bath. History, Art, shopping, nightlife, it has it all!!!

A 20% non refundable deposit is payable to secure the booking. The balance is due two weeks before arrival.
Persons 3 and 4 are charged at 15% of the stay, each. So 15% for 3rd person and 15% for 4th person.
Payments are made via bank transfer, personal cheque or pay pal. Note, there are no card payment facilities on the premises.
2night stays are £80 a night Monday- Thursday or £90 Friday-Sunday.
