10 Lime Grove is perfectly situated for both city breaks or walking holidays. It is a 10 minute level walk from the centre of Bath and all it has to offer. But it also backs on to the Kennet and Avon canal and the miles of country walks it will take you to.
The property is situated in a residential area so the hustle and bustle of town will not disturb your sleep!

Studio 3 has a built-in combination microwave oven, a cd player with ipod dock and a king size bed!!! The heavy curtains ensure that you get a good night's sleep even in England's long summer days. Tastefully decorated with a larger than average shower cubicle, this studio really does have more than just a touch of luxury. As with all our studios, we provide our guests with a starter pack in the kitchen of cleaning materials and basic toiletries. We also provide a welcome pack with the usual and some breakfast items.

Our beautiful and peaceful garden is available to be used by all our guests. There is seating for 6 on the large patio, where you can enjoy a glass of wine in the evening or a cup of coffee in the morning.
Parking is all on road and is restricted, but we provide guests with a parking permit, the cost of which is includes in our prices

To confirm a booking, a 10% non refundable deposit is payable. Payments can be done via pay pal, personal cheque or bank transfer.
Multiple bookings (more than one studio rented at the same time) carry a 10% discount. Stays longer than one week are also discounted but by negotiation.
The West Country / Somerset region
The West county is famous for many of it's attractions, natural beauty, history and food!
You will find something for all the family here. The Safari Park at Long Leat combines nature and history where you can visit the manor house of Lord Bath.
Cheddar caves and gorge is another fabulous day out where you can see our famous cheese being made, climb up Jacob's ladder and so much more.
If the sea side is what attracts you Weston-Super-Mare in only an hour away from Bath and has sandy beaches as well as a brand new pier filled with amusements.
Of course the West country is home to one of England's best know ancient monuments, Stonehenge.
Wells cathedral and Glastonbury Tor are a must for those love history, these places are drowning in it!
Of course not forgetting the jewel of the West country, Bath. History, Art, shopping, nightlife, it has it all!!!
