Ideal for romantic getaways, city breaks or an ideal base for exploring the whole SouthWest. The property is no more than a 10 minute, level walk from the heart of the city of Bath! 10 Lime Grove is a large late Victorian house, that has been divided into 4 self-contained studio apartments. 3 of the studios sleep 2 people each and studio 4 sleeps 4 , 10 Lime Grove can sleep 2-10 people at once. Each studio is fully equipped for short and long stays, they all have pleasant views with studio 4 having stunning views as far as the Abbey and beyond. The studios are modern, beautifully decorated with quality bedding and all electrical appliences needed for modern living. A touch of luxury, in a great location at affordable prices. A perfect holiday destination even without a car. Ideal for couples or extended families who need their own space.
Wifi and parking charges are included in the price.

Parking is all on road in a residents only area, so we provide our guests with parking permits which are inlcuded in the price.
Our peaceful garden has seating for 6 people and is available for all our guests to use, either for a relaxing glass of wine in the evening or a cup of coffe in the morning.
There is space for off road parking for motorbikes.

A 20% non refundable deposit is payable to secure a booking and the balance is due two weeks before arrival.
There is discount for longer stays but they are to be agreed by negotiation.
Payments are made via pay pal, personal cheque or bank transfer. We do not have card paying facilities.

Conditions

Checking in starts at 2.30pm onwards and checking-out is by 10.30am at the latest. Time of arrival must be specified before the start of the holiday.

The West Country / Somerset region

The West county is famous for many of it's attractions, natural beauty, history and food!
You will find something for all the family here. The Safari Park at Long Leat combines nature and history where you can visit the manor house of Lord Bath.
Cheddar caves and gorge is another fabulous day out where you can see our famous cheese being made, climb up Jacob's ladder and so much more.
If the sea side is what attracts you Weston-Super-Mare in only an hour away from Bath and has sandy beaches as well as a brand new pier filled with amusements.
Of course the West country is home to one of England's best know ancient monuments, Stonehenge.
Wells cathedral and Glastonbury Tor are a must for those love history, these places are drowning in it!
Of course not forgetting the jewel of the West country, Bath. History, Art, shopping, nightlife, it has it all!!!

40 minutes from Bristol Airport, an hour and a half from Heathrow Airport. 15mins walk from Bath Spa train station and Bath coach station. Just off Pultney Road which is all main roads in Bath feed into. 10 mins walk from the city centre.
