The Old Rectory Bed & Breakfast in Charlotte Street, is an exclusive one bedroom* B&B in the heart of beautiful Bath,where our central location off Queen Square allows easy walking to all the historic attractions, restaurants, theatres & shops, making a wonderful city break in this world heritage centre. The Royal Crescent,The Circus, Roman Baths, Bath Abbey,Jane Austen museum and the Fashion Museum are all a 5 minute walk away from the Old Rectory Bed & Breakfast in Charlotte Street. We are a 10 minute walk from Bath Spa train and bus stations.If you are driving we are opposite the Charlotte Street car park (£8.50 for 24 hrs as no charge between 8pm-8am).

Enjoy a luxurious bedroom with kingsize bed, luxury cotton bedding, bath robes, hospitality tray with Nespresso machine, LED Smart TV, iphone/ipad docking station,free wifi, hairdryer, plenty of hanging cupboard space, luggage racks, desk, dressing table, iron & ironing board, fan & many more amenities to make your stay as relaxing and comfortable as possible.

Private bathroom and loo adjacent to the bedroom. Roll top bath, large shower, fluffy white towels & complimentary Anyah toiletries.

*COMING SOON! A small single bedroom (£60 per night) will be available in conjunction with the main bedroom so that we will be able to accommodate groups of upto 3 guests travelling together. Please note the single bedroom will not be available on its own. Please email us with any queries.

A delicious continental breakfast is served in our beautiful converted historic vault of cereals, yoghurts, fresh fruit salad, toast, croissant, eggs, pastries, cheese, fruit juice, tea and coffee - at a time of your choice! Please let us know if you have any special dietary needs. If you do not want breakfast we can take £10 off (please let us know when booking if possible).

Children

Babies are welcome but unfortunately the Old Rectory is not suitable for 'mobile' children.

If you arrive in Bath before 2pm you are welcome to leave your luggage with us until your room is ready. At the end of your stay you may also leave your luggage with us after check-out for collection later.

Smoking

We have a strict non-smoking policy throughout the premises. Candles and incense are also not permitted. Non-compliance or damage caused by tampering with the smoke detectors will result in a liability to repair such items, as well as a 100 charge for the professional cleaning of the room.

Accessibility

The Charlotte Suite is on the first floor, up two flights of stairs (unfortunately we do not have a lift). We understand that every guest has different needs and we are committed to ensure that our facilities are accessible as possible to all of our guests equally. Please contact us if you would like to discuss any issues with us and we will do all we can to help.

Bedding & Towels

If you are staying for a few days we will normally change your sheets and towels after 3/4 days.

Laundry

You are welcome to use the washing machine & tumble dryer (£5 per load).

Bath is a world heritage centre full of really beautiful Georgian buildings, and the wonderful thing is that you can walk everywhere from The Old Rectory Bed & Breakfast in Charlotte Street. The Royal Crescent, The Circus, The Fashion Museum, Jane Austen Museum, Roman Baths, Thermae Spa and Bath Abbey are amongst some of the lovely places you can visit. Bath is packed full of restaurants, bars and pubs and has a real buzz to it, appealing to people of all ages. If you like shopping you won't be disappointed as there are hundreds of shops including many interesting independent shops. Transport links are great with Bath Spa train and bus stations in the centre of town.

"Excellent"

Great room, hosts and central to all the sites. First class! The Old Rectory had old charm and all the updates for luxuries of today. David and Joey were very helpful and provided all the extras - fresh fruit, fine linens and comfortable bed with our own private bath.
