Payment for your booking can either be in full or we are happy to accept a 50% deposit. Balance & security payment must be made 6 weeks before arrival. If your booking is within 6 weeks of your arrival date then payment must be made in full.

We are happy to accept bank transfers (details will be provided) or cheques..

A security deposit will be payable to the value of £150 which will be held until the completion of your stay. Following a check of the property after your stay your security deposit will be returned within 7 working days less any applicable charges. You will be notified of these by email or in writing depending on how your booking was made.

Terms of Cancellation

Should we need to cancel your booking for any unforeseen reason then any payments made by yourself will be refunded.

Should you wish to cancel your booking and have paid a deposit this will be refunded. If the balancing payment has been made (including the security deposit) then only the security deposit of £150 will be returned.

"Centrally located"

Centrally located,clean and well maintained property. The owners were warm and responded quickly to all my requests. Our late arrival in Bath at 9pm was not a problem to the owners. A very thoughtful touch on her part, to stock a bit of food supplies as we were going to arrive late.

"Apartment exceeds expectation"

The photots give the impression of a dark dingy pad but the apartment is quite the opposite.The main room is very large,airy and light ,a sitting room at one end and bedroom at the other,there is also a dining table and still masses of room.The soda is comfy and the bed is huge and wonderfully comfy the bed linen was fresh and smelled beautiful.The bathroom was perfectly adequate a good shower,loo and basin not cramped again nice and roomy.There is a well appointed kitchen too,with all mod cons which could easily fit a table,again very roomy.Everything was fresh and immaculately clean .The location was central ideal for the station only a stones throw also for all attractions and shops,the host owns the premises below and above and could not have been more accommodating and helpful.There was no problem with deposit return which was a slight apprehension prior to booking.The flat would have been 5 star were it not for the street noise,which given the central location is unavoidable,it was graduation week which exacerbated the noise to the point where our sleep was interrupted,however I would reiterate that this was beyond the owners control and did not detract from the positives that this flat offers.

"Excellent apartment in a excellent City"

As i wanted to take my girlfriend away for her Birthday i researched reasonably priced apartments to stay in which in Bath are hard to come by and this one stood out straight away and it didn't disappoint us at all. The location is just perfect for exploring the city with everything no more than a ten minute walk away. 2 pubs are literally a minute from the door which came in handy a few times to enjoy the sunshine.
The apartment was clean, spacious and has a well equipment kitchen. No bath but a really good power shower and linen etc provided by a very friendly owner of the property.
Parking outside the flat is only short term but there are plenty of long stay car parks around, train would be the best idea as the station is a five minute walk away.
Overall a great place to stay and nice people to deal with. We will def be going back in the future.

"A hidden gem for a couple visiting Bath"

In the center of all the exciting sites to visit while in Bath there isn't a need for a car if you stay at this location. A short walk to the train station and bus station make this an easy to get to property. If you want to eat in or eat out there are many grocery stores, restaurants, and take aways within a few blocks.

The property is larger than it appears in the photos, everything is in good condition, and you will find everything you need for a pleasant stay.

It is a first floor flat (second floor in the USA) so there is a set of stairs to climb to reach the flat.

We had a great stay and would not hesitate to use this property again when returning to Bath.

"Couldn't have asked for more"

This apartment was only a 2minute walk from the station and even less from the main attractions of Bath. Perfect location for seeing all that Bath has to offer. The apartment itself was very clean, spacious and surpassed our expectations. We were made very welcome when we arrived and the information offered prior to our visit was a really nice touch.

"Excellent in every respect"

From the moment of initial enquiry to the end of our stay, the owners were particularly friendly and helpful - any queries were addressed promptly and nothing was too much trouble.

The apartment is very well situated for all amenities (a one-minute walk to the main shopping area and only a couple of minutes to the Roman Baths/Abbey etc.) and is VERY clean - always a plus! The kitchen is well-equipped and the bed/s comfortable. Another point worth mentioning is the fact that the accommodation is very secure with double locks on three sets of doors!!!

There are many excellent restaurants within short walking distance of the apartment, but should you prefer to cater for yourself, there are several well-stocked supermarkets nearby, not to mention fast food outlets.

For me, the most important factor when considering this property was that the owners are very flexible with dates; I needed somewhere which could offer a Monday to Monday rental period and this is usually very difficult to secure, with most properties operating on a Friday to Friday/ Saturday to Saturday letting - as mentioned earlier, nothing is too much trouble for these guys!

If I had to think of a 'down side' to my stay, it might be the traffic noise outside but, given that this apartment is on a main road, that is only to be expected. All in all, our stay was very enjoyable and we are already making plans to return next year!
