"Perfect get away for a girly weekend"
I visted with a group of friends to for our friend's hen party. We were delighted with the flat - lots of space, great kitchen, comfy beds and you couldn't wish for a more central location. The flat provided the perfect base for our weekend in Bath.

"Excellent house in perfect location"
We stayed at the Courtyard as a group of 10 and couldn't have asked for more. It's a very short walk from Bath train station and close to the shops, bars and spa - we didn't need taxis at all. The house has lots of character, is very comfortable (v comfy beds!) and communal areas like the living room and kitchen are big enough for everyone. It's a perfect base for a hen do/party and I hope i can stay again.

"Lovely flat in the best location"
The photos are accurate but we were surprised how gorgeous this lovely flat was. It was perfect for us as it was so central - nothing we did was more than 10 minutes walk away. The owners were incredibly helpful, calling us beforehand to check we had everything. I would recommend this to anyone coming as a group to Bath.

"Fantastic property, great way to see in the New Year!"
The booking of this property was extremely straight forward and Dan and others were always on hand to answer any questions. This was a late booking and again Dan was very helpful with arranging a time frame for collecting money and booking for a larger group.
Due to a boiler mishap we ended up staying at the Courtyard instead of the Loft but this was not a problem. The property was beautifully kept, welcoming and a perfect base for a larger group. Lots of space throughout the property and all the rooms were clean and decorated to a simple and stylish taste.
We were provided with lots of information to make the most out of our stay and would highly recommend the property and location.

"Girls Weekend - Bath"
We had a hen weekend here for my sister. We are not a huge party group so wanted somewhere comfortable and a home away from home where we could relax. The house is very central to everything in Bath with the spa and sites literally on your doorstep. The rooms are spacious and are perfect for groups. The pictures dont actually do it justice as it is very large. There is a massive lounge and kitchen with more than enough space and plenty of bathrooms to choose from. There is also a little courtyard area to relax in the sun. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend it.

"Excellent accommodation, great location!"
Booked the Courtyard for a hen do, great accommodation for a group of girls.
Clean, tidy rooms, modern, very spacious for a big group. Stayed in on the Friday night, perfect space for entertaining and getting to know each other the Thai restaurant opposite was excellent for our takeaway.
The location is perfect, just round the corner from the shopping centre. We also went to bath spa, it was only 5 mins walk away . Had lunch and went shopping, two keys supplied so the group had flexibility with what they wanted to do, as some people wanted to go back earlier and chill out.
Went out Saturday night, bathrooms worked well but was a bit cramped on Saturday night when all getting ready, could do with brighter lighting and more mirrors close to electric points. Could not fault location for a night out in Bath, very close to all restaurants and clubs, we ended up in the club opposite the apartment Circo, very convenient!
Great kitchen for cooking a fry up on Sunday morning. Check-out was 2pm...which was brilliant as we didn't have too rush to get ready after a night out and was perfect timing for afternoon tea!
A good time was had by all!

"Lovely apartment in great location"
We stayed at The Courtyard Apartment in Bath for the weeked of 25th October for a hen party of 8 ladies. The apartment is in a perfect location, only a few minutes walk from the train station and the centre of town. It is very spacious and contains everything you need, catering for large groups very well. It is also really beautifully decorated with heated floors in the two lovely shower rooms, we all commented on how we wish we lived there! Would definitely recommend for a trip to Bath. Excellent information provided about how to access the property and useful parking pass and folder in the apartment. Deposit also promptly returned at the end of our stay. We had a great weekend stay in this apartment!

"A beautiful place to stay in central Bath"
The Courtyard is a fantastic place to stay with beautiful rooms and all the appliances you could need. The apartment was clean and quiet, especially for being in the centre of Bath. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

"Great place to stay with friends"
This is a great central location in Bath. It is one of the cheaper propertys there beleive it or not, but it is well worth the money. Set in a large town house the flat is spacious, the photos don't do it justice, it is bigger! Lovely showers (one goes a bit pathetic when the other is on, but you can use both at the same time if you need to!) The kitchen is well equipped for self cattering. The place has some lovely features.
There are 6 bunk beds and 2 singles and also 2 large comfy sofas if you bring your own bedding and pay a little bit extra. Bedding and towels are provided which is a plus.
We were there for a hen do and it was perfect for that. Walking distance from all the beautiful city has to offer. We even projected a film onto the wall of the courtyard which was fab. This was a great area to eat breakfast both days too. (The weather was great for us.)
The only downside is that there is one car parking permit and car parking in Bath is expensive. Oh and the seagulls are a bit noisy when it is hot and the window has to be open!
