The Ostlers House is perfect for visiting so many attractions – the Roman City of Bath, Stonehenge, Avebury, Wells and the beautiful Cotswolds as well as some lovely local countryside, all within easy reach. Within walking distance, Corsham itself has much to offer, with restaurants and places of historical interest.

This 300 year old cottage has recently been fully renovated to a high specification.

It sleeps four people in two generously proportioned bedrooms.

How to get there

By train:

By train to Bath or Chippenham railway station and then by bus or taxi to Pickwick.

By National Express coach:

National Express coaches stop right outside The Ostlers House. You can even catch a direct service from Heathrow Airport if arriving from outside the UK.

Directions by car:

From the east: At M4 Junction 17 take the A350 towards Chippenham, stay on the A350 for about 5 miles until you get to the A4 (McDonalds Chippenham on your left). At this roundabout turn right, heading west along the A4 towards Bath. The first village you come to is Pickwick.

From the west: at M4 Junction 18 take the A46 towards Bath. After about 7 miles take the right-hand lane for the A4 towards Chippenham. Stay on the A4, you will go through the village of Box and eventually you will come to Pickwick.

Once you are in Pickwick look out for The Hare & Hounds Inn on the A4. Access to the Ostlers House is through the pub car park behind the large grey gates.

The light and airy sitting room has under-floor heating and looks out onto the private courtyard. Satellite TV with LCD screen and CD/DVD player are all provided for your use.

The spacious farmhouse kitchen features a full range of modern appliances as well as a logburner and original flagstone flooring.
