This stylish, contemporary town house behind the world famous Royal Crescent has all the luxury of a 5 star hotel combined with the relaxing comforts of a modern home. There are 4 gorgeous bedrooms, an eye-catching and spacious open-plan living area and a well equipped kitchen. The house is centrally placed and everything is within easy walking distance so park in the garage and enjoy exploring this delightful city.

Unlike a conventional house, the living areas are on the first floor taking advantage of the lofty ceilings whilst the majority of the bedrooms are on the ground floor.

The stairs lead up to a light, bright and airy loft -style living room with vaulted double-height ceilings, wood floor, and a contemporary gas, log-effect fire. There is a large oak dining table to seat 8, two large sofas, an armchair and large TV with DVD. There is also a dab radio with ipod docking and WiFi. Double French doors lead out to a little paved balcony overlooking a pretty planted courtyard.

Alongside is a well stocked contemporary stone topped fitted kitchen with a five ring gas hob, electric oven and microwave, dishwasher, large fridge and freezer. French doors open on to the balcony with some outdoor furniture.

On this level is a handsome black and cream master bedroom with a double height vaulted ceiling. There are twin beds that zip together to become super king, fitted wardrobes, a dressing table, and glossy chest of drawers. There is a spacious en-suite bathroom, tiled in white throughout with a bath (with power shower over), hand basin and wc.

On the ground floor is another black and cream boutique bedroom with twin beds that zip to become super king, and storage.

Clustered around the courtyard are two lovely bedrooms in cream and plum. One has a king-size bed, a large wardrobe and double chest of drawers, and the other has a single bed with wardrobe and chest of drawers.

There is another large white-tiled bathroom with a bath (with power shower over), hand basin and WC. Here too is a cupboard with a washing machine and separate dryer.

Double French doors lead out to a little paved balcony overlooking a pretty planted courtyard.
The property has a garage to park one car, and a permit allowing one car to park on the road out front or on the neighbouring streets.

The West Country / Somerset region

The area within which the city of Bath is found is rich in heritage and culture; with over 800 Grade 1 & 2 listed buildings.

In the greater area of Somerset there is much to do and see; with the added benefit of having some of the best of the British weather! Somerset's beautiful countryside has attracted many famous individuals throughout history; including Sir William Wordsworth an English poet laureate of the 19th Century.

Somerset has great historical significance, and has played a part in every period including the Roman Conquest, the Norman invasion, the War of the Roses, and even right up till the present day!

The Bath / Central Bath area

You are surrounded by historic architecture and it is a wonderful walk to the city centre. There are a great many museums, galleries, shops bars, and restaurants to choose from, all close by.

The nearest shopping is St. James parade where you will find a newsagents, chemist, barbers, an Italian delicatessen, pub, florists and organic green-grocers.

Also nearby is Margaret's Buildings which is an attractive pedestrian street with a cafe, restaurant, art galleries, beauty salon and gorgeous boutiques. There is a co-op nearby for essentials or Waitrose supermarket in the City Centre. There are a couple of good gastro pubs, The Chequers on Rivers Street and The Marlborough Tavern at the top of Marlborough Buildings. Head into Royal Victoria Park and play tennis, mini golf, or the children can enjoy a huge outdoor activity play area. The approach golf course is up the road and has fantastic views.
