St. Ann's Place is an enchanting flat tucked away at the end of a hidden pedestrian lane in the centre of Bath, just below the Royal Victoria Park and close to Bath's Theatre Royal. St Ann's Place is also the name of this hidden lane, which is lined with picturesque miniature townhouses. Our flat has delightful views of both the lane and the pretty courtyards and gardens behind the houses!

The apartment at St Ann's has two bedrooms, but can sleep up to five persons, with one lovely double bedroom and a sweet smaller single bedroom, along with a charming cottage-style kitchen, cosy raftered lounge and stylishly modern shower room.

St Ann's is almost like staying in your own little cottage. It feels so separate from the rest of the house and has no neighbours against any of its walls, which is why you have such fabulous views all around it! The kitchen is a particular feature, being hand crafted and compact with everything you need to make cooking delightful - as well as a great view to the outside and into the lounge!

We have a sturdy double sized sleep sofa in the lounge, so we really can sleep five adults or a small family!

Of course the flat also features widescreen TV as well as free wifi. Everything you could desire is provided in this apartment and you are within a short level stroll of all that Bath has to offer.

PARKING: There is a FREE parking permit for 1 car to park on the streets nearby!

RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
We will be requiring a £150 deposit with your reservation. This deposit will act as a guarantee of your arrival. Your balance will be due on your day of arrival, and which we can also debit from your card.

We will hold your card details as insurance against any damage, which we do not expect, but just to remind you that you are the one who will be responsible for the condition of the property when you depart. Try to make everyone in your party aware that they must be respectful of the neighbours as well as our property and to leave everything in good condition.

In the unhappy event that you must cancel after you have paid your deposit, we will make every effort to rebook the property. If the property is rebooked, your deposit will be returned, less the £50 Administration Fee.

Conditions

Rates vary for the time of year and the length of stay, but always include all taxes and utilities. There is a two night minimum stay with a 3 night minimum stay on holiday weekends.

Once in Bath you can walk to all the sites (Bath is only 1/2 mile across) and you can take small van tours to neighboring sites. You must know that Bath is an astonishingly beautiful and fascinating little city and there is a lot to see here (Roman Baths, Georgian Architecture, Royal Crescent, Museum of Costume, Jane Austen Centre) as well as being a perfect location for exploring nearby sites, such as Stonehenge, Glastonbury, the ancient small cathedral at Wells, as well as being 20 minutes away from the most beautiful village in the Cotswolds - Castle Combe.

Ath is most famous for the Roman Baths, established during the Roman occupation of Britain, more than 2000 years ago. it is also know for its architecture, as Georgian Architecture had its start here, with many fine examples of Crescents and squares. Jane Austen is one of the more famous residents of Bath, but there were many famous persons through the ages that have made their home in Bath.

Bristol International Airport is just 15 miles from Bath and operates direct flights from New York and Orlando in the USA, as well as most major European and UK airports. Bath is also easy to access by car, from junction 18 of the M4 motorway which links Bath to Bristol, London and South Wales.
