Further details indoors: Bath West House was recently extended and renovated with no expense spared when it came to the quality of the fittings, to provide the owners with a stunning contemporary home. On the ground floor there is an impressive open plan kitchen diner and lounge area with doors opening right up on to the garden and patio area. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern Siemens and Bosch appliances; double oven, microwave, fridge freezer and large island. There is a dining area with seating for 10. The lounge area has comfortable seating for 8 with a large wall mounted 46 inch flat screen TV.
Off the lounge area is a utility room and WC, with washing machine and tumble dryer. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor; a double bedroom with a zip and link bed which can be used as a twin or double bed with TV. A further single bedroom is situated off the lounge.
Upstairs you will find 2 double bedrooms,(one with zip & link bed) one with an en-suite wetroom, one twin room, one single bedroom and a family bathroom. Please see the plan for full layout of this property. All but one bedroom has a TV.
Further details outdoors: There is a private driveway with parking for one car. Additional parking is available on the street. There is a garden to the front of the house. The rear garden has a patio area with table and seating and lawn area with well stocked borders. Bath West House is situtated in a quiet, resedential area of Bath.
Conditions
Confirmation: We require 50% of the total balance as a confirmation deposit. The balance is payable 1 month prior to arrival, no reminders will be sent. Please note that we will charge 2% for any payment made by credit card. Debit cards and bank transfers are also accepted. We do not accept American Express cards or cheques.
Cancellation: We need 1 months written notice of any cancellation. If shorter or no notice is given we will charge your credit card in full. If however, the apartment is relet to another customer we will charge for the shortfall only. Every reasonable effort is made to re-let the apartment in the event of a short notice cancellation.
Check in/out times: The house is available from 5pm on the day of arrival. The house must be vacated by 12.00 noon on the day of departure.
The house is not cleaned during your stay. Should you wish for any extra services, cleaning, etc then please ask us in advance of your stay. Extra cleaning, change of linen etc is available at extra charge. Babysitting can be arranged on request.
Bath West house is strictly no smoking inside. Stilletos must not be worn on the wooden floors on the ground floor.
Well trained small dogs are accepted on the condition that they are not allowed upstairs, on the furniture, and especially the beds, nor left unattended in the Accommodation. A charge of £50 per week will be made for each dog (guide dogs for the blind and hearing dogs for profoundly deaf people excepted). No other domestic pets can be accepted.
Bath West House reserves the right to alter its published rates and terms and conditions if necessary without notice.

“First Class Hen Weekend!”
I have just returned from my best friends Hen Weekend which I organised in Bath. When looking for a house to sleep 10, Bath West House looked perfect and it absolutely exceeded our expectations! The owner of the property was extremely helpful on the run up to the weekend and the house was in immaculate condition and was fully equipped with everything we could have possibly needed. The accommodation was extremely comfortable and the open plan kitchen/dinning/living space with by folding doors to a lovely private garden became the social hub for the weekend. I would definitely highly recommend Bath West House and Queensberry Estates to anyone and will definitely be in touch again to arrange our next girly weekend! Fantastic stay!

“Stunning house with gorgeous little touches - perfect for a weekend away”
We had a fantastic weekend in Bath staying in this beautiful house - everything is finished to such a high standard and it really has the wow factor when you walk in the door. Great size as well (seems a lot bigger than in the photos) and didnt feel crowded even with 9 of us staying. The house was spotless and it was nice to find essentials such as washing up liquid/dishwasher tablets provided for our use. The location is great and only 5 mins in a taxi into the centre of Bath. My only criticism is that it could do with an addiional shower - with 9 girls staying it was a challenge to get us all through the bathrooms quickly. However all in all a wonderful house which i would highly recommend.

“Fabulous little apartment!”

“Perfect modern house for the hen party”
Thank you for making the booking so easy and being easily available when I had any questions.
The house was lovely, the beds were very comfortable, plenty of hot water for 10 girls, lots of mirrors, easy parking...
But best of all was the space downstairs, the open plan space made it so easy to all hang out in there together with lots of room.

An amazing house, very high standard, a real home from home. I could happily live in this house. Great access to bath city centre. Local shops a lovely walk away for all the essentials. I loved the fact that all the essentials were there, salt, pepper, herbs etc.

“Brilliant Accommodation!”
We had a fantastic weekend at Bath West House! From the time we booked it until the time we went home it was straightforward and easy! The house is in brilliant condition with lots of bedrooms and lovely open plan kitchen am lounge with a big table to seat everyone!
Only one negative would be it could do with another bathroom as there at only 2 especially when 10 girls are trying to get ready for a night out!!!!
Brilliant weekend in a fabulous city, would highly recommend this venue!!

“Beautiful House, highly recommended”
I stayed at Bath West House for my hen weekend with 6 of my friends. The house was pristine, and stunning. Gorgeous kitchen and lounge area leading out to a lovely garden. Location was great too, ideal for our nights out in Bath centre.
We all had a fantastic time and found the owners very friendly and helpful.

We rented the house for my Hen weekend, we were not disappointed in the slightest!! The house has been done to a very high spec, it is very well kitted out and the communal dinning/kitchen/lounge was just perfect for entertaining and chilling out.
The house was within 5 mins cab ride, and under a tenner..... so near enough to town but far away that it was peaceful and room for us to park cars for free!!
The beds were v v comfy and the linen so soft..... everyone commented on it!! The underfloor heating the en-suite was a super treat and we all wished we could have stayed a whole week rather than just the weekend!

“Beautiful House - ideal for group get together”
A beautifully presented modern house - really clean and well equipped. Situated only 30 minutes walk from Bath centre. The location was in a quiet neighbourhood with good parking and access to public transport. The agents were really helpful, providing great restaurant recommendations and they answered all queries professionally and promptly. The house was ideal for a group get together with great open plan living downstairs.

“Excellent property in a great location from which to explore Bath”

Bath West House did not disappoint. Jette was really great with any tips, especially as we visited around the same time as the Bath Half Marthon.
The property is based on a private residential road so we were slightly concerned as to its location, but it was only a 10 minute drive to the town and had no problems at all. The house impressed all guests as we arrived - modern features and impeccably clean.
Only a couple of niggles - would have been really lovely to have use of the hot tub in the garden. The house had free wi-fi and although we initially all managed to connect, we all lost the connection after a few hours.

“Gem's Hen Weekend”
The house is absolutely gorgeous. The whole group loved it. It was ideal for our group size. We didn't want to leave the house. Each bedroom had it's own personality and the little personal touches made it even more perfect. There were mirrors all round the house which is a must when 10 girls are all getting ready at the same time!!! It is in a great location and distance from the city centre. Parking was easy and everyone managed to park close to the house. The information and details at the house about the local area were great. We had everything we needed. The whole booking experience was excellent. Every question I had was answered and nothing was too much trouble for them. Would definitely want to stay again and will be recommending to friends and family.

“Very nice house, would recommend”
Great house, went with a group of 8 girls on a girly weekend to Bath. When we were in the house, we spent most of the time in the huge kitchen which was a great place for socialising. Rooms, showers were very good, and only a short taxi ride from central Bath. Only complaint from the whole weekend was the hob, which proved to be too technical for a group of 8 girls!!! We got it working eventually, but more instructions in the house book would be useful, as I had to google the problems we had to resolve them (e.g. the pan has to be the same size as the hob ring!)
That aside, a great house, and perfect for a girly weekend!

Just didn't stay long enough to fully enjoy the house.......we just used it as "base" which is all we had time for just because we only had three nights! We would love to stay at the house again........when I've saved up.the only complaint we would make is we couldn't find a pair of scissors and the tin opener was useless! Otherwise it was brilliant.Very clean.......too clean almost.....she who must be obeyed insisted on doing the cleaners job before we left! Super...........thank you to all involved.
