Use of the spa area is also available. The large apartment sleeps four people and can be made up as two doubles or one twin and one double. Bath / Central Bath area
The city of Bath dates back to Roman times, Romans drawn to the site to relax by Britian's only Hot Springs and their reputed healing powers.
Most of the buildings in present day Bath are constructed from a luscious honey-coloured stone, constructed largely during the Georgian era. It was the ideal retreat from London life, ideal to relax and 'take the waters'.
Modern Bath is at the forefront of art and culture with many exhibitions, concerts and performances throughout the year. It is also known for tourism and shopping.
Attractions include the Royal Crescent and Bath Abbey.
How to get there
If you are coming from the M4 Motorway, Take Junction 18 and follow the A46 to Bath.
Stay on this for about 8 miles, you will go straight over a couple of roundabouts, and through the village of Pensilvainia.
Soon the A46 will drop down hill and on the right the valley in which Bath sits will be seen.
The A46 becomes dual carraige way. Watch out for speed cameras. You will now approach a large flyover DO NOT TURN OFF HERE even though it say s BATH. Go straight on around the bend until you get to the next roundabout with shrubs on it. Here, turn left and drive up the road 100yards. On the right you will see the big blue gate.
