Tucked away behind the owner's house in a very private location on the edge of the walled village of Bathford, this former dairy has been skilfully converted to a high standard, creating an exceptionally attractive space. Its location is ideal for easy access to the Georgian city of Bath, less than 3 miles away.

From the unusual approach via an ancient, narrow path and through an archway to a 'secret' patio, to the many original features of the building which dates from the early 17th century, Old Dairy Barn exudes character and style. There's an impressive, beamed open-plan living room with inglenook on the ground floor and inspirational views across the valley towards the city from the main bedroom's picture window upstairs.

The Kennet and Avon Canal runs close by, with towpath walks and narrow boats for hire and the Cotswolds are within half an hour's drive northwards. Bristol, Salisbury, Wells and Glastonbury are all interesting destinations for a day's outing.
