The surrounding area has beautiful countryside, attractions and charming villages. Points of interest include the Roman Baths, Bath Abbey, Pulteney Bridge, Bath Crescent, various museums including Jane Austen Centre. 40 mins drive to Stonehenge.

"Great house in handy location"

We very much enjoyed our stay at Amberley House which is in a good location, a pleasant 10 minute walk to the centre of Bath. We made use of the residents parking permits to park nearby.
The house has good quality furnishings and is very well equipped with everything we needed for a long weekend. We were aware that the kitchen was small but it was fine for breakfast and light meals. There are plenty of places to eat in Bath. The house was very clean and comfortable.
We would stay again and recommend it to others.

"Great location and lovely accommodation"

Six girlfriends and I have had a weekend away from the stresses of family life for the last eight years so we have stayed in many varied locations and properties. Amberley House was brilliantly located just a ten minute, non-hilly walk past the Cricket Club and over the river to Bath City Centre. It is situated in a quiet road with plenty of parking. It was immaculately clean and very comfortable with a small secluded, walled garden where we enjoyed breakfast in the sunshine. The house is well equipped and the beds very comfortable. The kitchen, utility and dining area are very small but adequate as we spent most of our time out and about enjoying all this gorgeous Spa town has to offer. We had a great weekend and would recommend this house to anyone looking for good value, comfortable accommodation.
