It's perfect for indulging in long lunches, eclectic shopping, and wonderful scenic city walks and dining out.
On a handsome row of Georgian terraces, steps lead down to a smart entrance and generous lobby. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area combines old with new and is bright, fresh and modern, using a medley of colours mixed with oak flooring and a colourful rug to bring the room alive. A double sofa (which converts into a sofa bed) and long, low oak topped storage contains a selection of books, films and games, with a smart TV above. The SMART TV has Sky and is programmed with Netflix providing a library of movies for you to watch at any time. There are two large sash windows with a high backed reading chair with lamp and a contemporary dining table for 2-4 set before them.
Two original bath stone columns act as a divider for the glossy white contemporary galley kitchen with black granite top. The modern kitchen houses a 5 ring hob, with integral appliances including a microwave, fridge and dishwasher. There are lots of above and below the line fitted storage units containing a host of kitchen tools and gadgets. The utility cupboard is home to a washing machine combined with a dryer and a small freezer unit.
The chic black and metallic bedroom has a larger than king size divan bed that was manufactured to order in France and fitted by Hotels at Home. It is accompanied with velvet headboard so you are assured a wonderful night's sleep. The art deco mirrored dressing table and bedside tables with contemporary lighting offers a sense of luxury and indulgence. There are fitted wardrobes with deep shelf space. Opposite the bed a large flat screen TV with Sky is affixed to the wall. French doors lead onto a little enclosed courtyard draped with trailing greenery where an outdoor table seats two.

Bath & the Best of the West!
The attractions of the World Heritage City of Bath, are well-known, but Bath is also a perfect base from which to explore the picturesque West Country of England. Located close to the M4 and M5 motorways, 1.5 hours by train from London and just over half an hour from Bristol International Airport, Bath is surrounded by several designated areas of outstanding natural beauty and many of the region's attractions can be reached within a short journey time from the city.
One firm family favourite is Longleat, owned by the Marquis of Bath and set in 900 acres of landscaped parkland. Longleat Safari Park is home to the famous Lions of Longleat and a full day of fun is guaranteed, as this attraction boasts not just the safari, but a maze, adventure park, Jungle Express and much more.
Heading slightly further west is the cathedral city of Wells with its narrow streets, abundance of historic buildings such as the moated Bishop's Palace and lively twice-weekly market. In the same direction you will find Cheddar Caves and Gorge where the world-renowned Cheddar cheese is made and the caves of Wookey Hole, home of the legendary Witch of Wookey – great for a rainy day underground adventure!
En route from Bath to Wells, you should not miss the mystical Glastonbury Tor, one of the most spiritual sites in the UK. Steeped in history and legend, the climb to the top is well worth the effort for the views across the Somerset Levels.
World famous Glastonbury Festival needs little introduction, however, it's always worth checking out what's on at The Royal Bath & West Showground on the outskirts of Shepton Mallet which hosts anything from antiques fairs to The Royal Bath & West Show.
To the south east of Bath lies Stonehenge, a majestic stone circle that has been the subject of much speculation ranging from how it was built to ceremonial significance. Audio tours are available on entry and it retains its magic whatever the season, but particularly around the summer and winter solstices. Around 25 miles away is Avebury, considered by many to be the most impressive of all remaining pre-historic earthworks in Europe.
For outdoor enthusiasts there is a wealth of walks, cycle rides and boating opportunities with cycle and canoe hire readily available. Bath is an ideal base for sporting aficionados, whether as spectators or participants when attending events such as rugby or football matches, Badminton Horse Trials, Castle Combe Circuit or perhaps taking a trip down to the coast where you will find Weymouth and Portland National Sailing Academy, where the sailing events for the 2012 Olympics were held.
Last but by no means least, neighbouring Bristol with its iconic suspension bridge, floating harbour, SS Great Britain, vibrant street life and home to famous street artist, Banksy, should not be missed.
