West Croft Holiday Cottages comprises 3 cottages recently converted from a Grade II listed barn. If all three cottages are rented, the accommodation can cater for up to 14 guests.
The Stables can sleep up to 5 guests and is ideal for those families with three children. There is one double bedroom and a room with three single beds. The living area includes a well equipped kitchen, lounge and dining area with a solid oak floor and wood burning stove.
West Croft Holiday Cottages can be found in the unspoilt Cumbrian village of Brigham, just outside the Lake District National Park, 2 miles from the market town of Cockermouth. It is an ideal base from which to explore the quieter lakes and mountains of The National Park, and take in the attractions of the increasingly popular Solway Coast and West Cumbrian coastal towns and villages.
All our cottages have been given a 4 star grading on our first inspection by the English Tourism Council.

The Cumbria/Lake District
Cumbria is often described as one of the most beautiful areas of England.
Home to many lakes, including Lake Windermere, which is England's largest natural lake. There is much unrivalled countryside to discover, walks to ramble along or cycle trails to follow. For watersports fans, there are many choices available at each of the lakes.
Bassenthwaite Lake / Brigham area
We are ideally placed on the edge of the Lake district Nataional Park to enjoy the delights of Keswick, Cockermouth and the Solway Coast. Nearby we have Bassenthwaite Lake, Buttermere, Loweswater, Derwent Water and many wonderful mountain walks.
William Wordsworth was born in Cockermouth and the museum is worth a visit, whilst for those who enjoy a cool glass of bitter a visit to the Jennings brewery tour always proves a hit!
