Easily accessible to London with a short journey by rail (35mins) the opportunities to explore and enjoy the arts and culture that The City of London has to offer are endless.


Basildon is a new town offering a wide range of activities for all ages with excellent links to both London and Southend.

The bustling Festival Leisure Park a short stroll away offers some of the areas best entertainment, including cinema, bowling, nightclubs and restaurants.

The recently built Sporting Village offers the best sports facility in Essex with a wide range of activities including a 50m international swimming pool.

The house is located within the heart of Basildons shopping district with the Eastgate Shopping Centre providing a wide range of national high street names. For serious shoppers a visit to Bluewater or Lakeside are only 15-20mins drive and offer the largest shopping areas in Europe.
