The Muscat region
Oman is the 'hidden' gem of the Middle East and Muscat, it's capital. Qurum Heights is a secluded enclave of private homes and 5* hotels. It is a lush area full of parks and access to the beach.
The region is 4 hours from Dubai by car - 45 minutes by plane and with borders on the Gulf sea and Indian Ocean. A vast country with a variety of different activities to take part in, some examples; site seeing, camping, trekking, diving, all water sports, game fishing, 5* hotel dining and spas plus plus.
Barr Al Jissah
The key to deciding to use our home for your getaway is that it is our home and with it comes access to an exclusive area of Muscat with the use of our driver and maid - please confirm this in advance.
Summer is a hot time of year in the region, however it is in fact a great time to come for a few different reasons; the area is less busy with fewer residents & tourists, good bargains and deals to be had in all areas from trips / dining / shopping etc, the sea is perfect by which I mean warm and it makes for a perfect escape from the heat as you can swim all (day) and into the late night under the stars!
It is not the season for camping, however you can take a very special tour up to the breathtaking Jabal Akhdar mountains that are always 10-15 degrees cooler.. spectacular walks and extraordinary views.
So if you are looking for a reasonably priced, exotic 'home from home' then Qurum Heights is for you..
