The holiday cottages, once the coach house and the outbuildings of an imposing 18th century former rectory, have been recently converted to 8 holiday cottages arranged around a large courtyard and sit within the 4 acres of grounds enjoying stunning countryside views.

Explore Barnstaple, a 3 miles drive, offering a wealth of shops, pubs and restaurants and with a host of activities for all seasons, from indoor ice skating rink, ten pin bowling, golf course, the Queens Theatre, which hosts a variety of local and national productions and a multi-screen cinema, to name but a few. North Devon has some of the most breathtaking and varied landscapes, from the popular beaches and coves, perfect for families and for water sport enthusiasts, awe inspiring coastal and cliff walks, to the rugged beauty of the Exmoor National Park and the variety of wildlife and fauna that call Exmoor home.

Leisure facilities: shared all-weather tennis court, indoor heated swimming pool with spa and paddling pool, open throughout the year. Outside: guests are invited to explore the grounds and woodland walks with differing areas from meadow to sheltered picnic spots with seating, picnic and BBQ areas. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC, also located on the ground floor. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan area with TV/DVD. Kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Additional info: there are 2 separate doors connecting this property with CORF7, making it perfect for two families wishing to share each other's company (making a possible total occupancy of 7). However both doors can be locked to provide complete privacy for guests not wishing to take advantage of this facility.
