Little Norwood offers traditional cottage style accommodation with a cosy woodburner for those out of season breaks.
Situated in the picturesque hamlet of Hiscott you will be only a 15 minute drive to the centre of Barnstaple which has a vibrant array of leisure facilities and a huge selection of pubs, restaurants and shops. Walking and cycling on the Tarka Trail is within easy reach. You will be ideally situated for touring all that the Westcountry has to offer from the rugged landscapes of Dartmoor and Exmoor to breathtaking beaches and coastlines including Westward Ho!, Croyde, Saunton and renowned Woolacombe. For the golfers there are a number of nearby golf courses and driving ranges. Other interesting places nearby include Tapeley Park, Cobbaton Combat Museum, Dartington Crystal, and Arlington Court. Further along the coast to Cornwall are the popular tourist destinations of The Eden Project, Padstow and Newquay with their wealth of galleries, restaurants, picturesque harbours and beautiful golden sandy beaches.
