Within a short drive of some of the most popular sandy surfing beaches in the county, there is much to see and do. Croyde, Saunton and Woolacombe beaches are famous for their golden sand and surf and there are also villages and towns such as Lynmouth and Ilfracombe with their harbours and fishing trips. Other attractions well worth a visit include National Trust Arlington Court, Marwood Gardens, Watermouth Castle and The Valley of the Rocks, to name a few. Walkers will enjoy strolling the countryside around the property and there is also Exmoor which is very accessible and famed for its beauty and wildlife. The regional town of Barnstaple has a range of leisure facilities including swimming pool, tennis, theatre and cinema. There are pubs which serve food with the nearest in the next village approximately 2 miles. Relax in the enclosed garden or enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace and take in the lovely views and breathtaking sunsets. You will enjoy the company of a wide variety of birds and maybe catch a glimpse of the red deer grazing peacefully in the distance.

Kitchen/diner: reached via small step down with range cooker, American style fridge/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave and patio doors leading to decked area. Utility room: with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: enclosed garden and terrace with lovely views and breathtaking sunsets. Amenities: ample parking.
