Retaining much of its original character, the property is just a two minute walk from the nearby blue flag beach and has exposed oak beams and stripped oak floors as well as views over the harbour to the beautiful Welsh mountains beyond. With wonderfully diverse paths along the coast and hills, this property makes an excellent base from which to explore the stunning Welsh countryside.

The North Wales / Snowdonia / Gwynedd region
Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. Snowdonia National Park, situated in North Wales, boasts breathtaking mountain scenery, crystal clear lakes and cascading waterfalls. Climb Snowdon, which at 1085m is Wales’ highest mountain, or travel to the summit in style on the charming Mountain Railway. Alternatively, why not sample the beautiful green valley of Llangollen by steam train or from a leisurely horse-drawn canal boat.
In July, the annual Llangollen Eisteddfod transforms the town into a unique centre of international music and dance, attracting musicians and singers from across the globe.You could also explore the beautiful coastline, safe sandy beaches and watersports of the Lleyn Peninsula, as well as Colwyn Bay, historic Conwy, Victorian Llandudno or the Isle of Anglesey on the north coast. To the south, there’s the lovely Brecon Beacons National Park, a haven of rugged moorland, forests and mountains that’s just perfect for nature lovers and walkers.
Finally, the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park is renowned for its wildlife, stunning coastal scenery, superb beaches and as the home of Britain’s smallest city, the City of St David’s.
Barmouth area
Surrounded by the unrivalled splendour of the Snowdonia National Park, Barmouth is an incredibly picturesque resort on the Welsh coast. With its enormous sandy Blue Flag-standard beach, this traditional seaside town is an ideal spot for a family holiday by the sea. The town offers a number of shops, pubs and restaurants whilst its unusually mild climate make it an excellent spot regardless of the time of year.
With Mount Cader Idris nearby and an abundance of wildlife along the Mawddach Estuary, this is a wonderful place for both walkers and nature lovers. There are also good fishing and golfing facilities in the near vicinity.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the 'Winter' period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
'Last Minute Breaks' (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the 'LOW', 'MID', 'HIGH', 'PEAK', 'XMAS' and 'NEW YEAR' periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.
