A beautiful newly renovated house, in private grounds, fields either side of property.
Ideal for a get away before the Xmas rush.
Locally we have 11 miles of golden beach, several golf courses, nearest is 5 miles away, pony trekking, endless miles of scenic mountain, river and coastal paths to walk. The majestic Harlech castle ( 5 miles). Pubs, restaurants within 15 minutes walk from house.

The North Wales / Snowdonia / Gwynedd region

Music Festivals throughout the year in local towns and villages. Village fairs; open days in local gardens; selling local goods and plants etc. Fantastic Fireworks displays; Summer in Barmouth; October at Shell Island near Llanbedr.

A must see are the Roman Steps at Cwm Bychan. The 3 Peaks Yacht Race/ Summer from Barmouth are also Weel worth a visit. Golfers may also like to visit the Royal St. David Golf Course at Harlech. Or why not try the Llanfair Slate Caverns or the Steam Railways at Fairbourne and Porthmadog


Barmouth / Dyffryn Ardudwy area

Barmouth Town is 5 miles, with a harbour; Blue flag award winning beach; old town village mountain path walkways and of course spectacular harbour views. Famous railway bridge spanning estuary, a beautiful walk across the bridge to Fairbourne, take the ferry back to Barmouth Harbour.

Harlech Town is simp,y beautiful with a majestic castle and lovely scenic views. Also worth a visit is Porthmadog and Portmerion, Criccieth Castle and Phwelli Markets, take the train for the day and visit them all.

Travel by road or railway.
There is a railway station in Dyrffryn Ardudwy, half a mile from the property. Take the train from Wolverhampton, to Shrewsbury to Machynlleth to Dyffryn Ardudwy.

By road from West Midlands area.....Go north on the M6, take the M54 to Shrewsbury on to the A5 bypass, turn left off the A5 onto the A458 through to Welshpool to Dolgellau, take the A470 to Mallwyd. After Dolgellau go left onto the A496 to Barmouth, follow through Barmouth on the A496, carry on approx 5 miles to Dyffryn Ardudwy.

Recently fully renovated, level ceramic ground floor and solid oak floors 1st floor.
High level beamed ceilings 1st floor. Oak doors and 'barn' fittings throughout.
Very user friendly, easy clean surfaces. All modern amenities, a bright, clean, spacious home.
On the groundfloor there is open plan living area, with bed settee, 2 x 3 seater leather settees, Inglenook fireplace and burner , dining table and chairs, plus various storage cupboards, with central wooden staircase to first floor. Also a kitchen and shower room, leading to rear stable door and outside patio area.
On the first floor we have 3 bedrooms, a double with fitted wardrobes, a twin and a bunk room, plus bathroom with shower over bath. All have high beamed ceilings, making all rooms spacious, bright and airy.

Further details outdoors:
We have a wonderful area of outdoor grassed playing space on a paddock at rear of house, this includes newly built secure outdoor kennels with run. Also we have a level patio area with table and chairs. Either side of the paddock are fields and beautiful views across to the dunes and coastline, a favourite place to sit with family and friends.

Conditions

2 x well behaved dogs allowed, sorry no other pets. £10 per week per dog.
Strictly no smoking, outdoors only.

Refundable breakages deposit of £50 payable before release of keys prior to holiday, refundable within 2 weeks following departure. (Subject to satisfactory property inspection)
25% of rental fee due at time of booking, remainder payable 4 weeks before start of holiday.
