The home is located in Bustillo Avenue, only a 10 minute drive to downtown Bariloche and 15 minutes to Cerro Catedral, the best ski resort in Argentina.. The villa sits on the water's edge of Lake Nahuel Huapi and is the perfect place to relax. It features incredible views of the lake from almost every room in the house, and is surrounded by beautiful gardens.
The house was built in 2004 and has 5 Bedrooms, 4 Bathrooms and a spacious kitchen with down to earth practicality. It is even equipped with an indoor BBQ (Parilla), and outside you can swim and sunbathe at your own private beach. There is a computer with internet access and several TV's throughout the house including a 42' plasma with surround sound. This house is perfect for a longer term stay in Bariloche or pampering yourself for just a few short nights.
