About the home

The house consists of two bedrooms, livingroom, lounge room with a fold-out couch, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with a sit down bath tub - shower. Patio under a grape arbour for eating outside lower level. Belvedere with sitting swing on upper level. Furnished with old tuscan style furniture and original art works.

The house is set inside beautiful private terraced gardens with boxwood hedges, palms, roses, glicine, fig trees, pear trees, apple trees.

It is located just north of the town of Barga in Localita Fondamento, one kilometer by car (2 minutes) on the state road, or half a kilometer by foot (10 minutes) on the old stone road that leads right into the gate of old city of Barga. There is parking place for the car.
