All our apartments are furnished with style and they offer to our guests a lot of interesting opportunities given the tranquility of this area, completely surrounded by nature, and the enviable location on Lake Garda. The farmhouse is equipped with a large garden and swimming pool.
Each apartment has fully equipped kitchenette, hair dryer, refrigerator and Sat TV.
The rates of stay includes use of various services in the building complex: swimming pool, garden, barbecue, laundry, etc.

2. hiking and walking on different paths in the hinterland of Garda Lake
3. cycling through bike lanes in the area
4. horse trekking on countless streets: the handling is very near to our property !
5. golf at the Marciaga area: the golf course is just 3 km from the farmhouse !

Conditions
Cancellations are accepted only in written form (letter, telegram, fax or email).
The penalties are:
- 30% of the rental from 30° to 21° day before beginning of stay
- 50% of the rental from 20° to 9° day before beginning of stay
- 75% of the rental from 10° to 4° day before beginning of stay
- 100% of rental from 3° day before beginning of stay or no-show

BY CAR from motorway A22
Exit Affi-Lago di Garda Sud: pass the two roundabouts following the direction for Garda, pass the traffic lights keep left and turn in direction Garda. After 2 km at the traffic lights in the country of Albaré turn left in direction Bardolino, after 1 km turn left and follow the signs "Agriturismo".
BY CAR from motorway A4
Exit Peschiera del Garda: follow the signs for the towns of Lazise and Bardolino. Once in Bardolino, across the town and take San Colombano Street following the signs to the town of Albaré. After 3 km turn right in Belvedere Street and follow the signs "Agriturismo".
BY TRAIN
The nearest station to us is Sant 'Ambrogio di Valpolicella at 15km.
BY PLANE
The airport of Verona "V. Catullo "is just 30km from the farmhouse, from here you can take various public transport.
