BARCELONA CITY CENTRE - SANT GERVASI DISTRICT
The apartment is located in the most select part of Barcelona (Sant Gervasi district) where you will find a great mixtute of Modernist houses and new buildings. The history of the Sant Gervasi district begins in the middle of the 19th Century, forty years before it officially joined Barcelona city in 1897. Today the Sant Gervasi district is a friendly, upper class area of Barcelona, made up of quiet, relaxed streets and squares with a lots of parks and greenery. It will take about 10 minutes to get from this area to Plaza Catalunya and the city centre of Barcelona (Ramblas) by train. Apart from being one of the greenest and nicest districts of Barcelona it´s also one of the safest districts in Barcelona.
Where the streets of Santaló and Mariano Cubi cross, you will find a high concentration of fashionable shops and cafes. This area of Barcelona is well known for its many “chic” bars and discotheques and you will find plenty of choice whatever your taste. Apartment located in the most expensive neighbourhood in Barcelona city centre. A wonderful area, really safe and with all the services you may need. The excellent comm of a public transport system (metro, buses and trams) guarantees access to any part of Barcelona and its metropolitan area.
The apartment is 20 minutes away from the airport of Barcelona "El Prat". It is a five minute walk from MOLINA metro station. Plaza Catalunya or Sants stations are a short bus/metro ride or a 15 minute taxi journey away. It is a 5 minute walk from bus stations where you can pick the 16, 17, 22, 24, 27, 28, 31, 32, 58, 64, 92 lines.
The apartment is located in Vallirana street, a calm and beautiful little street which can only be accessed by car by the residents in the area. This means you can enjoy a location with baclony facing the street but still avoid a lot of traffic noise. 10 metres down the street is a small placa where you will find a fruit store, a cute little café and a supermarket for all your necessities. Sometimes you will find a small market here, where bread and local commodities such as cheese and sausages are sold.
The street is close to PLAZA MOLINA, where the two main streets: VIA AUGUSTA and BALMES street cross. Balmes street goes directly to Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas. You are strategically located in the centre of the city.

Este apartamento está situado en un barrio importante de la ciudad y dispone a su alrededor de bastantes servicios sobre todo de restauración.
Esta cercano al centro, caminando 10-15 minutos y tiene cerca, a 3 minutos, la parada de metro LESSEPS.
Es confortable, tiene 4 habitaciones, 3 individuales y una doble, y asi mismo dispone de 2 camas supletorias. Además dispone de cocina completa y 2 baños, con un salon comedor muy espacioso. Para nuestras próximas visitas a Barcelona no dudaremos en volverlo a escoger.

The apartment was very nice & came well equiped from food & kitchen utensils to an abundance of towels, sheets, blankets etc. The location was great as we had everything on our doorstep - supermarkets, restaurants, shops, internet cafe and it's a simple bus/metro ride to get to Las Ramblas. The service we received from Flat Barcelona was good, our contacts were friendly & attentive.

This apartment is great! We have just come back from staying at the GUILLEM apartment close to Molina Plaza and Via Augusta. The street is nice, and it is packed with restaurants, supermarkets and even a pharmacy. We found our cup of tea!
The area has also good public transport and plenty of advantages. 2 mins walk from Molina Station for direct line to Ramblas, giving it perfect access for the rest of the city. The apartment is big, with light. Nice decoration and furniture, in a wonderful building with a classic entrance.
I am a fan of Flat Barcelona, combining stylish, clean apartments in Barcelona's coolest and most picturesque areas, this company lived up to the hype. I am just baffled as to how they provide such chique and comfortable apartments at such an amazing rate. Talk about value!
Having travelled through the major cities of most western European countries, this was without a doubt the most satisfied we felt with the service we received. Friends of mine had also stayed with them, and we unanimously agreed that this is definitely the place to stay should you have the privilege of visiting the famous city of Barcelona. It is fair to say that this is the complete package.

I have been living in Barcelona for almost 7 years and as a matter of fact Sant Gervasi is one of the best areas in Barcelona. You will experience how great the location is, with so many fine places to visit, friendly people, magnificent restaurants, and shops and very accessible by tube and bus.
I stayed in Molina apartment for two nights in July 23th to 25th 2009 with my girlfriend. The apartment have a beautiful lay out and it have everything I wanted like a big television, a fully equipped kitchen, and nice interiors. The apartment is very big and ideal for families as it have a big dining table, suitable for 6 guests. Finally I forgot to mention there are two bathrooms with bathtub and shower, so you can use them in the morning at the same time.
It was sad to leave but will definitely be back at Molina apartment next time we are in Barcelona. Thanks again for making our stay relaxing and hassle free!

PAYMENT: 20% in advance to book (secure payment in our website, and also by bank transfer or PAYPAL). The remaining 80% is paid cash or by card on arrival) + 200 eur security deposit which is refunded on the check out (returning the keys). Check in, fresh towels - linens and service fee: 75€. Capacity: up to 5 people. Cleaning and change of towels service and sheets available.
SOME SPECIAL RATES:
Christmas (20 Dec to 7 Jan) and Easter (1 to 9 April 2012) same rates as for high season - minimum stay: 4 nights.
3 GSM congress: 265€/night (6 persons) - minimum stay: 4 nights, and 2 days before and days after the congress - 190€ per night.
LATE ARRIVALS: Arrivals between 21:00h and 23:00h have an extra charge of 25.00€, Arrivals later than 23:00h have an extra charge of 40.00€.
CANCELLATION FEES: Up to 30 days prior to arrival we refund 90% of the reservation fee (10% for bank transfer expenses). From 29 to 10 days prior to arrival we do not refund the reservation fee. Less than 10 days prior to arrival we charge 50% of the total amount of rent. Less than 48h or without cancellation will be charged with the total amount of rent.
