It is in a second floor, with elevator available. The living room and the main bedroom have huge windows to enjoy the sun every morning. Fully furnished to a high standard, you will find all you may need. With two spacious double bedrooms, two single bedrooms, and two bathrooms the apartment is ideal for families and business people. Up to 6 guest, it is really comfortable and all of them will sleep in bed and not in sofas.

The history of the Sant Gervasi district begins in the middle of the 19th Century, forty years before it officially joined Barcelona city in 1897. Today the Sant Gervasi district is a friendly, upper class area of Barcelona, made up of quiet, relaxed streets and squares with a lots of parks and greenery. It will take about 10 minutes to get from this area to Plaza Catalunya and the city centre of Barcelona (Ramblas) by train. It should be said that besides being one of the greenest and nicest districts of Barcelona it´s also one of the safest districts in Barcelona.
Where the streets of Santaló and Mariano Cubi cross, you will find a high concentration of fashionable shops and cafes. How to get there
Apartment located in the most expensive neighbourhood in Barcelona city centre. A wonderful area, really safe and with all the services you may need. The existence of a public transport system (underground, buses and trams) guarantees access to any part of Barcelona and its metropolitan area.
The apartment is 20 minutes away from the airport of Barcelona "El Prat". It is a five minute walk from MOLINA tube station. Plaza Catalunya or Sants stations are a short bus/tube (subway) ride or a 15 minute taxi journey. It is a 5 minute walk from bus stations where you can pick the 16, 17, 22, 24, 27, 28, 31, 32, 58, 64, 92 lines.
The apartment is located in Guillem Tell Street, a beautiful tree-lined street close to PLAZA MOLINA, where you can find the crossing between two main streets: VIA AUGUSTA and BALMES street. Balmes street goes directly to Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas. You are strategically located in the centre of the city.

Bread & Butter: 120€/night - minimum stay: 3 nights. World Congress of Cardiology: 120€/night - minimum stay: 5 nigths. Meeting Point (Real Estate): 120€/night - minimum stay: 5 nights. 3 GSM congress: 260€/night - minimum stay: 4 nights, and 2 days before and days after the congress - 150€ per night.
LATE ARRIVALS: Arrivals between 21:00h and 23:00h have an extra charge of 25.00€, Arrivals later than 23:00h have an extra charge of 40.00€.
CANCELLATION FEES: Up to 30 days prior to arrival we refund 90% of the reservation fee (10% for bank transfer expenses). From 29 to 10 days prior to arrival we do not refund the reservation fee. Less than 10 days prior to arrival we charge 50% of the total amount of rent. Less than 48h or without cancellation will be charged with the total amount of rent.

I have been living in Barcelona for almost 7 years and as a matter of fact Sant Gervasi is one of the best areas in Barcelona. You will experience how great the location is, with so many fine places to visit, friendly people, magnificent restaurants, and shops and very accessible by tube and bus.
I stayed in Molina apartment for two nights in July 23th to 25th 2009 with my girlfriend. The apartment have a beautiful lay out and it have everything I wanted like a big television, a fully equipped kitchen, and nice interiors. The apartment is very big and ideal for families as it have a big dining table, suitable for 6 guests. Finally I forgot to mention there are two bathrooms with bathtub and shower, so you can use them in the morning at the same time.
It was sad to leave but will definitely be back at Molina apartment next time we are in Barcelona. Thanks again for making our stay relaxing and hassle free!
