You will find this newly renovated modern apartment ideally located in the 19th century Barcelona neighbourhood Eixample Dreta. It is a unique area rich in history, architecture, culture, and cuisine. Probably one of the most important Works of Art still in progress, The Sagrada Familia designed by famous Catalan arquitect, Antoni Gaudi, is literally down the street.

You are not far from other famous works of his as well. Just a short distance to the trendy Paseo de Gracia you will find, La Pedrera, Casa Batllo, and Casa Milla along with several up scale shops and restaurants.

Only a short walk away is the Arco del Triumfo, Parque de la Ciuatadela, Plaza Cataluna, and not too mention the beach. Keep going and you will find yourself in one of Barcelona´s trendiest neighbourhood´s, The Borne. The Borne is the new bohemian area of Barcelona where you will find the Picasso museum, boutiques, plenty of tapas restaurants and outside terraces to enjoy a pitcher of sangria or glass of cava. The location is truly ideal to enjoy all of the splendours Barcelona offers.

This apartment is in an ideal location for visiting Barcelona. You are within walking distance of several major attratctions. Including two metro lines and several bus lines. The metro lines closest are line 1 Marina, and line 3 Monumental. You are in a nice quiet residential neighborhood as well with several local bars, restaurants, and cafes nearby.

The best part of this apartment is the view of Sagrada Familia. You can literally see it right down the street. Other points of interest not far are the Parque Cituadella, Arco de Triunfo, Paseo de Gracia featuring Gaudi´s Casa Batllo and Mila. The beach is right down the street as well.

Barcelona Holiday Rentals
•There is a 60€ (80€ penthouse sant pau) cleaning fee for every reservation. This is for the departure cleaning that is done after check out to get the apartment ready for the next customers.

•Check in is from 14:00h to 21:00h. However if there are no other reservations at the time exceptions can be made. In any case it is always possible to leave your luggage at the apartment at time of arrival upon waiting for proper check in.
•Please note the extra charges for late arrivals:
- Arrivals between 21:00h and 23:00h have an extra charge of 20€.
- Arrivals later than 23:00h have an extra charge of 40€.
These charges are due to late working hours of our staff.
The payment of the rent should be made in cash on arrival. No delays on the payment will be accepted. No money no keys!

•Check out time is by 11:00h. Arrangements can be made to leave luggage in apartment until departure of Barcelona.
•A cash deposit of 200€ will be requested upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded in full upon departure if none of the following occur:

Reasons for not returning the security deposit are as follows:
-Non authorized departures prior to the time estimated given to the owner or the agency.
-Accommodating more people than stipulated in the reservation contract.
-Disturbing the neighborhood. The guest who caused any disturb will be asked to leave the apartment immediately with no refund at all.
-Any damage or theft committed to the apartment by the tenants.
- a portion of the deposit will be retained for leaving the apartment in excessively dirty conditions; please make sure the kitchen is clean and all dishes are washed.
To confirm the booking 20% of the price must be paid in advance by bank transfer or credit card (paypal has xtra charge). If you choose bank tranfer, please find the detailed information below. If you prefer paying by paypal, I can send you an email with the instructions.
Cancellation Policy

Return of pre-payment depends on the following:
-Notice given up to 30 days prior to arrival date will be refunded : 95% of the pre-payment.
-Notice given up to 14 days prior to arrival date will be refunded : 50% of the pre-payment
-Notice given less than 24 hours or no prior notice to arrival date: 0%
