TERMS AND CONDITIONS Barcelona Holiday Rentals •There is a 60€ (80€ penthouse sant pau) cleaning fee for every reservation. This is for the departure cleaning that is done after check out to get the apartment ready for the next customers.
•Check in is from 14:00h to 21:00h. However if there are no other reservations at the time exceptions can be made. In any case it is always possible to leave your luggage at the apartment at time of arrival upon waiting for proper check in. •Please note the extra charges for late arrivals: - Arrivals between 21:00h and 23:00h have an extra charge of 20€. - Arrivals later than 23:00h have an extra charge of 40€. These charges are due to late working hours of our staff. The payment of the rent should be made in cash on arrival. No delays on the payment will be accepted. No money no keys!
•Check out time is by 11:00h. Arrangements can be made to leave luggage in apartment until departure of Barcelona. •A cash deposit of 200€ will be requested upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded in full upon departure if none of the following occur:
Reasons for not returning the security deposit are as follows: -Non authorized departures prior to the time estimated given to the owner or the agency. -Accommodating more people than stipulated in the reservation contract. -Disturbing the neighborhood. The guest who caused any disturb will be asked to leave the apartment immediately with no refund at all. -Any damage or theft committed to the apartment by the tenants. - a portion of the deposit will be retained for leaving the apartment in excessively dirty conditions; please make sure the kitchen is clean and all dishes are washed. To confirm the booking 20% of the price must be paid in advance by bank transfer or credit card (paypal has xtra charge). If you choose bank tranfer, please find the detailed information below.
