BOOKING payment to hold reservation is 25% of the bill.

The rest of the rent (75% of the bill) is due on arrival.

One-time Final Cleaning Fee = 10 Euros per person (minimum cost 55 Euros)

DEPOSIT: 300 Euros to be refunded when leaving, if apartment is in good conditions.

The Barcelona / Gothic Quarter area

The apartment is located just beside the Palau de la Música (Music Palace). The Palau de la Música Catalana is one of the world's leading concert halls. Considered to be one of Modernism's chief exponents, it was built by architect Lluís Domènech i Montaner between 1905 and 1908. In 1997 it was declared a "World Heritage Site" by UNESCO.

The Palau de la Música is minutes walk from the main Square or Plaza called Plaça Catalunya, the famous Las Ramblas, the old town or Gothic Quarter and Borne. The apartment is located in a quiet street where cars do not have access.
