(We will try to accommodate all necessary arrival and departure times, there is a surcharge of 30 Euros for any check in / out before 9 am and after 9 pm)

POLICIES:

BOOKING payment to hold reservation is 25% of the bill.

The rest of the rent (75% of the bill) is due on arrival.

There is a surcharge for special events if apply.

One-time Final Cleaning Fee = 10 Euros per person (minimum cost 55 Euros)

There is parking service available for a 10 Euros per car/per night

DEPOSIT: 300 Euros to be refunded when leaving, if apartment is in good conditions.

1) >45 days to booking date, 50 % refunded from booking amount.
2) <45 days to booking date, 0 % refunded from booking amount

The apartment is located about 10 minutes from Barcelona's old city on the metro and right on the beach side of the city. Views of the Mediterranean can be seen from all around and you are never more than 5 minutes walk from the beach itself. The area is a new development and has a huge shopping centre, many local bars and cafes where you can enjoy a bit of local life.
