Through an old heavy door you enter the stylish entrance hall from where you get your first glimpse of the inviting, classy and comfortable living and dining room and the home’s beautiful parquet floors. You can’t help but fall in love with this stunning home. Probably one of the most exceptional places for rent in Barcelona.
The apartment has a perfect layout for a larger group. The kitchen, the distinctive yet cosy dining and living room as well as the entrance hall are located towards the street which includes the balcony. While at the opposite end of the hallway (our home measures 25 meters/82 feet in length) you find four bedrooms. Perfect for people that choose to retire early while others wish to continue to lounge.

The Costa Brava/Catalonia region
Barcelona is the capital of Catalan. Here you will find culture, a historic old city, beautiful architecture, cooking, Boqueria and a lot of enjoyment.
The apartment is located approximately 100 meters/328 feet from the Shopping Line in Barcelona, which stretches from the famous „Ramblas” (Barcelona’s promenade) to the Avenida Diagonal. Barcelona’s biggest market „La Boqueria”, located right on the „Ramblas”, is reached by bus in 15 minutes.
The bus stop is conveniently right in front of the apartment building and the bus takes you directly to the market. If you prefer a taxi cab there is a taxi rank located 100 meters/ 328 feet from your apartment. Expect to pay 5-7 Euros.
Sankt Antoni, another one of Barcelona’s beautiful markets, is within 15 minutes walking distance. There are excellent grocery stores (Such as Caprabo ) as close as 200 meters/656 feet. A natural food store as well as one of Barcelona’s best bakeries are just around the corner.

Grocery store Caprabo, approximately 200 meters /650 feet: exit our building, cross the street, head straight down to the junction with Avenida Tarradellas, located on the left after 150 meters/500 feet.
Bakery and café „el Fornet” at Avenida Sarria 1, also open on Sundays: exit our building, cross the street, head straight down to the junction with Avenida Tarradellas, pass grocery store Caprabo, turn left, continue for 150 meters/500 feet, located on your right.
Internet cafes, banks and pharmacies are all in near proximity. In our apartment you will find a map that shows all stores in the neighbourhood.
How to get there
You can get there by plane to airport BCN or Girona.
Barcelona has good Metro and Bus connections.

Payment conditions and cancellation: 20% of the bill is to be paid 1 week after the booking, the rest is to be paid 20 days before the rental.
After the rental term, if needed, there will be a final bill for additional services used, along with possible damages.
For a cancellation of the booking 30 days before arrival, 50% of the reservation payment will be paid back. For a cancellation 29 to 15 days before arrival, the reservation payment will not be paid back. For a cancellation less than 15 days before arrival, 50% of the bill will be due. If the reservation is not cancelled, the entire amount will be placed in a bill.
Security deposit: please give our employees a security deposit of € 200 in cash upon arrival. You will get the security deposit in cash upon departure. The security deposit will be held if there are abrasive infringements upon the house rules.
Additional services: upon request, we can organize a cooking class (see program). Length 6-7 hours (including shopping together) for € 290.00. You can also expand the city guide (mas and mas mas andando) for € 60.

Maximum booking: 13 people. Minimal length of stay: 3 nights.
Final cleaning: € 96.00 for normal cleaning (therefore, leave the kitchen clean as well). You can also let us clean the kitchen for you. We then place the bill for cleaning in the invoice according to time needed for € 25.00 an hour.
For arrivals after 22:00, there will be a fee of € 20.00, after 23:00 a fee of € 30.00 (paid when keys are received).
All prices include 7% sales tax.
