Home description

This beautiful apartment is on the 3rd floor (with lift) of a modern building. It's in excellent condition with brand new furniture. Kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, oven, fridge, washing machine etc. The main bedrom has a balcony that connects with the dining room, and overlooks the sea. Although there's no air conditioning, the apartment is quite fresh inside with a nice ventilation. the living room features a dining area with television.

Railway lays at the back of the apartment but noise is not loud and is quite acceptable. Trains don't run late at night.

The Costa Brava/Catalonia region

Catalonia offers ample beaches and mild climate and also well high mountain ranges, the Pyrenees in the north, the curious formations of Montserrat, the inactive volcans of Garrotxa, and a wide plain area in the region's centre. Barcelona / Sitges area

Sitges offers everything you might hope for in a Spanish holiday. It's famous for its carnival, nice weather, night life, beautiful beaches, friendly people, wonderful restaurants, and lively cafés, bars and clubs. It's not just a town by the beach, but also a cultural point. At the end of the 19th century Santiago Rusiñol settled in Sitges, in a house known as " El Cau Ferrat". Here he celebrated the famous "Modern Style Parties", that made Sitges worldwide famous among artistic circles.

Also, plenty of quiet spots to be found as you stroll through the winding streets of the Old Town. Barcelona is easily accessible by train in only 25 minutes, a bit further out you can find the wonderful wineries of the Penedes as well as the historic Monasteries of Poblet of Montserrat.

Fly to Barcelona: Cheap flights available with Easyjet and Ryanair (Reus). Other airline companies: Iberia, British Airways, etc.

All the rooms, including kitchen and dining room are very spacious and comfortable. The view to the sea and the village from the balcony is quite attractive during the day but also at night time, as you can see boats fishing and the village illuminated.

Parking is very convenient as there are always spaces available. Very close to the apartment, there is a bar/restaurant with friendly service and a playground in case you are travelling with children.


Further details

Deposit of £200 is required at the time of booking which would be fully refundable in case of any cancellation (although there would a cancellation charge) or after you have left the apartment. We would not ask you to pay for any minor damage or the normal wear and tear, but we would for any serious damage.
