Villa is located on the top of a hill of the residencial aerea Levantina with fantastic overview of the mediterranean sea and the aerea of Aiguadolç. Quiet and peaceful, yet only 5 minutes by car from the centre of Sitges and two minutes from the nice aerea Aiguadolç. The aerea Aiguadolç has a small harbour with white houses in mediterranean stile and little romantic restaurantes for eating out.

Leading from the living room is a very big terrace with stunning sea views, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. The Costa Brava/Catalonia region
Costa Daurada is graced with a quintessentially Mediterranean climate, marked by mild winters and warm summers with little rain. In winter, this is due to the mistral wind, which blows in from the northwest, and the garbí, which blows from the southwest; in summer, the region's low humidity prevents the formation of fog.

Sitges is very famous, because it is the nicest beach town close to Barcelona. There is a very nice and large beach promenade of 3 kilometers without any high buildings and a beautiful old town with museums and an old church to visit. The daily activities and programs organised by the same city, the nice restaurants and shops and the rich night life make Sitges to one of the main destinations for Barceloneses on week ends and in summer. The daily activities start from fitness on the beach in the morning until outdoor concerts and shows in the evening.
