About the home

It is a quiet and nice apartment. All new!!! The apartment measures 80 m2. Main bedroom with a double bed, second bedroom with twin beds, both rooms have fitted wardrobes. Living room with a sofa/bed for two more people (large double bed).

The apartment is in a 3th floor with lift access and If you come with children, there is a climbing frame area for a good moments in family.

Towels, bed linen are all included in the price of the accommodation. The whole of Barcelona on your doorstep!

Facilities

Dining room with a sunny balcony, a fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, dishwasher, and microwave e.t.c), and a bathroom complete with bath tub, a 32” flat screen TV, DVD and two Hifis, one in the living room and one in the double room.

Film lovers will enjoy the home cinema facilities. The apartment is full of natural light and has attractive wooden floors.

This Apartment is just 15 minutes from the city centre by public transport or 15 minutes from the beach walking, and with easy access to all places of interest, thanks to the vast public transport network in the Catalan Capital.

This privileged location means that visitors can reach any part of Barcelona easily. The Sagrada Familia and the Forum are 10 minutes away and Diagonal Avenue’s shopping centres “Mar” or “Las Glories” are just 5 minutes away on public transport.
