The living area is integrated with the large terrace through a sliding doors where you will discover a grand private and intimate terrace, its exotic teak pergola, and the spectacular view of the city and its imposing skyline until the sea, being a perfect environment to enjoy all-fresco dinners under the pergola or as an exotic chill-out area and during the day to sunbathe.

An extensive commerce of all kind (supermarkets, cafes, pastry shops and many other shops) just a few steps away from the loft, in addition next door you will find the Gardens Villa-Florida, a small park that has an outdoor terrace where you can eat outdoors, a quiet and sheltered corner in the city. From this centrally located apartment you can reach all parts of Barcelona in a short time.

The first impression upon entering the warm entry with its turquoise walls and an oriental sculpture and looking ahead you’ll see the majestic terrace and will make you doubt where you are.

This area I furnished with two black leather sofas, a coffee table in the centre and an eating corner for 2-3 people, both of teakwood. Against one wall a bookcase with LCV TV, satellite, DVD, stereo.

The living area is integrated with the spectacular terrace and panoramic view of the city.

Turning to the left you'll see a Japanese style split screen, to separate the living area from the bedroom area, where you will find a double bed and a small desk against a wooden wall, giving it an exotic warmth. Sepearte bathroom in the corner.

On the other side of the livingroom is the kitchen with all modern applications, and adjunct a door that opens to another big terrace overlooking the street and buildings.
