The apartment is located in a splendid Modernist building on c/ Muntaner in L’Eixample district. The building includes marble entrance hall, elevator and roof terrace. The 1st floor apartment, which overlooks the square at Consell de Cent, retains all the original features including high corniced ceilings, wooden floor and traditional shuttered windows. Yet it is also fitted out with modern furniture, Satellite TV, DVD/ CD, air conditioning, jacuzzi, washing machine, dishwasher etc.

The Costa Brava/Catalonia region
The Eixample area is the main shopping district in Barcelona centreing around the boulevards of Passig de Gracia and Rambla be Catalunya which lead onto Placa de Catalunya. This area features all the best restaurants, cafes, museums, galleries and shops. Because it is located at the lower end of c/ Muntaner it is almost the perfect location for visiting Barcelona. It is right in the middle of the upmarket shopping and restaurant area yet still very close to the heart of La Ramblas and Gothic Quarter with its narrow streets, great atmosphere and exuberant nightlife.

Further details indoors: This bright apartment has a hall, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, lounge and bathroom. The lounge has south-facing bay windows overlooking the Muntaner/Consell de Cent square. It includes a sofa bed, air-conditioning, seating/dining(extendable table) for 6 people, TV/CD/DVD incl free use of our DVD collection. One bedroom, facing front, has two single beds and wardrobe. The second bedroom, facing internal courtyard, has a double bed and wardrobe. The kitchen comprises fridge-freezer, oven, hob, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. The bathroom has jacuzzi bath, shower, wc, whb and bidet.

Cost for apartment: £95/day (Mar-Oct) and £82/day (Nov-Feb) or euro equivalent. There is also a once off cleaning charge of £30. 7 days are charge at the cost of 5. The cost includes electrical and gas usage. A 25% deposit is required when booking. Balance is due 4 weeks before travelling. We accept payment by cheque, bank transfer or credit card(Visa/Mastercard). There is a 3% surcharge for credit cards. Please allow 4 days for cheque clearance.
