New and fully furnished apartment located in the seaside Barcelona district of Barceloneta, only a minute walk to the beach. Fully equipped with Internet, flat TV, air conditioning and heating, or even dishwasher. The building is modern, offering a private lift entrance to the apartment.
It has a dining area with a complete American style open kitchen, where you can relax watching TV, surfing on Internet or listening to some MP3 music. The sofa is able to turn into a single bed and allows the apartment to provide accommodation for 3 people.
Kitchen is new and modern and comes fully equipped with everything the guest might need to prepare a meal or to have a snack, including utensils, microwave and dishwasher.
The beautiful bedroom has natural light, and it is also open to the street. It offers a double queen size bed, wardrobe, and a designer en-suite bathroom with shower.

Stay close to all the major ATTRACTIONS. The city centre is a stroll away from the apartment. Shopping routes, all major banks, monuments and restaurants. The location is perfect to explore the exclusive and fascinating area of central Barcelona. Sagrada Familia, The Aquarium, The Gothic Quarter, The Borne and Las Ramblas are nearby, not to mention , Montjuic, Poble Espanyol, The Barcelona Soccer Team Museum or the Barcelona Zoo.
BARCELONETA
The apartment is located in the very centre of Barceloneta, in one of the beautiful streets close to the beach. It is good for families and those looking for a beach holiday and also being close to the city centre.
Fishermen were naturally the first to settle during the 18th century on this seafront land, Barceloneta is an interesting example of the baroque urbanism. Today Barceloneta has a cosmopolitan side, with shops, bars and restaurants facing out towards the marina where you can can order so many different kinds of tapas and the best fish and seafood of the city.
The beach is obviously the main attraction of Barceloneta, and is absolutely packed with locals and tourists alike all year long. There are chiringuitos scattered around, these are beachside bars which often play music and serve snacks. The Paseo Juan de Borbo is a must. The Mercat de Barceloneta is an old market in the middle of Barceloneta. Close to it you will find Plaza de Barceloneta which is a nice picturesque square, surrounded by old houses and a 18th century church. Palau de Mar is a beautiful building next to the port, where many fancy restaurants are situated. The Museu d'histoire de Catalunya is also located in this building. Finally, Park de la Barceloneta is a small park that ends on the beach.

How to get to the flat from the Airport?
- By TAXI: 15/20 minutes to reach the apartment. The ride should cost 15-20 €. - By AEROBUS: A one-way ticket costs around 4 €. - AIRPORT TRAIN: Situated on the west part of the Airport terminal, offers you a train service every 30 minutes to and from Barcelona “Sants” train station where you can take the subway or a taxi. - By CAR: From the airport take main road C-31 (Autovía Castelldefels) until you reach Plaza Catalunya. Turn right (Ramblas) until you get to seaport. The flat is right in the Barceloneta area, close to the port.

CANCELLATION FEES: Up to 30 days prior to arrival we refund 90% of the reservation fee (10% for bank transfer expenses). From 29 to 10 days prior to arrival we do not refund the reservation fee. Less than 10 days prior to arrival we charge 50% of the total amount of rent. Less than 48h or without cancellation will be charged with the total amount of rent.

I wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful time staying in the beach apartment.
All the information you gave us in advance was incredibly helpful, your communication was always very clear and accurate and I felt happy and comfortable with all our transactions.
Tony met us at the airport and this was also a very smooth process. He was very friendly and welcoming and meeting him was a great start to our holiday.
Adalis was absolutely lovely. She gave us so much information about the local area and made us feel completely at home in the apartment. She was able to answer all our questions and put us completely at ease.
The apartment was exactly as advertised and we were delighted to find that the description '2 minutes from the beach' was no exaggeration! The location is amazing, right next to the beach and Barcelonetta is a really charming part of Barcelona . The apartment was clean, well equipped and a good size.
I will be recommending this apartment to my friends and family and we would stay there again if we ever return to Barcelona .

My girlfrind and me (from the US) were in Barcelona recently, and after MUCH searching we were very glad we chose this apartment. We found the apartment to meet all of our needs, and was exactly as pictured on their website. The bedroom and the bathroom were were adequate, beatifully decorated. The living area, kitchen and dining area were also very spacious, with plenty of room to stretch out in. The living room furniture was in good shape, and very comfy, and there was a nice size flat-screen TV. All appliances in the kitchen were in great shape & worked very well. All necessary gadgets/pots/pans/utensils/glassware, etc. were present and accounted for. Our favourite asset was the location of the apartment: literally steps from the front door you will find a beatiful beach. Barceloneta is a great district, you can enjoy the beach while staying in the city centre. Close to everything, for those fishlovers you will find the best restaurants in town located a short few blocks from the apartment…very good food, and the service/staff were also great!
In summary, we liked this place so much, as well as all of Barcelona, that we are planning a return visit in 2011. We will definitely be staying at the Barceloneta apartment when we do! ____________________________________

The apartment is beautifully done - modern and bright. Every detail is considered - perfect in its simplicity. Being right on the beach is fantastic - we could wake up, go to a local bakery for breakfast and stroll straight onto the beach. Surfing and swimming on your doorstep. We loved Port Olimpic for the harbour, the restaurants and the art shops. The walk along la Ramblas is beautiful. Thank you!
