About the home

Luxury, central apartment with large terrace and secure parking space. Beautifully decorated, stylish apartment with two bedrooms. Featuring all mod cons, air con, heating, jacuzzi-bath, shower on terrace, wi-fi, satellite TV, safe, well equipped kitchen. Great, central location. 2nd bedroom is on mezzanine floor.

The terrace is entirely private with private access direct from the apartment.

Please note that the apartment will only be let to couples, families or single travellers/business guests. We do not normally allow adult groups although please contact us if you think we should make an exception. Because of the metal stairs we recommend the apartment for families with children over 5 but it's up to you. Many families with young children have stayed at the apartment with no problems.

The minimum rental is for three nights.
This is a no smoking property. We ask smokers to use the terrace.
Pets are not allowed.

50% payment is made with booking by bank transfer or credit card (VISA/Mastercard)
There is a 20 euro fee for being met at the apartment. this rises to 30 euros after 10pm and 50 euros after midnight.

Barcelona is a fantastic city with a wealth of cultural, historic and night-life activities all within walking distance. The apartment is located a very short walk off the Ramblas in a historic, quiet street with many nice restaurants and tapas bars.

The Barcelona / Central Barcelona area

You can walk to virtually all the historic and cultural sights of Barcelona from the property: sights in the Medieval area, Gaudi's buildings in Paseo de Gracia and the main shopping area are just minutes walk. The famous Boqueria market is a stone's throw away if you wish to cook in the apartment or enjoy the market tapas bars. The contemporary art gallery and surrounding bars and restaurants are just round the corner. The metro is just a few minutes walk if you wish to go further afield.

Mid Season rates are for 3-4 people: 160 euros per night, 999 euros per week; 1-2 people: 140 euros per night, 899 euros per week.

High Season rates are for 3-4 people: 190 euros per night, 1100 euros per week 1-2 people: 150 euros per night, 949 euros per week.

Low Season is January 1st to Easter and November to Christmas.

Mid Season from after Easter to end of June and from September 1st to October 31st

High Season is July and August, the Mobile World Congress in February, Formula 1 Grand Prix, other major sporting and conference events, certain bank holidays.

On enquiry with dates and number of people we will reply with an exact quote and explanation of the rate applied.

Payment is: 50% with the booking by credit card or bank transfer, the rest on arrival in cash.

Please note that we do not accept all male or all female groups. Nor do we accept bookings from under 30s. No pets of any kind are allowed.

Prices include cleaning, laundry, provision of sheets and towels, tax (18% VAT where applicable) electricity, gas and water. There is an obligatory extra 20 euro charge for being met at the apartment after 10pm, this rises to 30 euros after 11pm and after midnight to 50 euros.

Please also note that the Catalan government may apply a tourist tax of one euro per person per night this year. We do not yet know how this will work but it is included in the above rates.
