Apartment with two bedrooms that can sleep up to four people at a time. This a beautiful and modern apartment in Castelldefels nearby the gorgeous city of Barcelona. This property is ideally situated and is just 300 metres from beach and the historic and unmissable centre of Castelldefels

Fully equipped (1 large bed and 2 single beds, independent living room, bathroom, terrace (with table and chairs) and oriented towards the swimming pool area, kitchen, kitchenware, and equipped with fridge, electric cooker, washing machine. Also air conditioning, WI-FI, private safety box

New apartment only built in June 2007 set in a perfect location with a great atmosphere. All of which comes with excellent finishes throughout!

300 meters from beach (chances for sailing, surf,etc), 300 meters from Castelldefels village (all variety of commerces), 500 meters from Olympic Channel (used for 1992 Barcelona Olympic Games) of Castelldefels (for kayak, cycling, Pitch & Putt (9 holes), jogging,horse riding,tennis, and outddor sports in general.
