There are 2 loft-style bedrooms (one with a double bed the other with 2 single beds, separated by an open planned wall).
The lounge offers 1 sofa-bed and includes flat screen 42-inch TV with DVD and CD access, Satellite TV as well as a large dining table with seating for 6 people.
The lift facility is available at the apartment for an easy access , which makes this location also ideal for families with young children, the elderly or those with disabilities. All amenities are within 2 minutes walking distance.
For those with business in the city, a fully equipped work station was integrated with Wi-Fi- internet access, a Computer with Flat screen and Printer. For a small extra charge of 15 pounds per day we offer you full business centre facility with FAX service, Secretary as well as Call service. Anything you might need is at your disposal right next door.

The kitchen is well quipped with the state of the art gadgets, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and even an Italian espresso machine.

Finding a good and most of all spacious hotel room, especially when you are on business for one of Barcelona´s trade fairs, is a nightmare. When my secretary recommended this loft, I was pleasantly surprised. Tons of space, with a full business unit set up- they even gave me full access to the business centre facilities right next door all this just next door to Plaza Catalunya, and 5 min taxi ride to the Fair/Fira.
